Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a customer relationship management software spution developed by Microsoft. It is web-based and requires no installation. The purpose of the software is to manage customer interactions, leads, accounts and marketing campaigns. There are two versions of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM; a free version called Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (formerly known as Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook. and a paid version called Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016. DocuSign is an electronic signature service that allows users to sign, send and track documents electronically. It was founded in 2005 and has headquarters in San Francisco, California. As of March 2017, DocuSign had over 4 million active users, a number that increases every day. The company has more than 1,200 employees, including professionals in business development, product management, quality assurance and software engineering. In 2011, DocuSign was purchased by Vista Equity Partners for $210 million.

Users can also create, update and close deals directly from DocuSign without navigating back to CRM. Users can upload their signatures to different locations using Azure Blob Storage, SharePoint Online or Azure Storage Accounts. This saves time as users no longer have to go through the process of uploading these files separately.
