On April 29, 2015, Dropbox acquired CloudOn competitor ZOHO Corporation, an online document and cplaboration provider for $340 million. On May 13, 2015, it was announced that Dropbox would be moving up its S-1 filing date from July to February 12, 2015. On February 13th 2015 Dropbox officially filed for a $500M IPO with the SEC. On February 25th 2015, Dropbox priced its IPO at $21 per share and spd 30 million shares raising $756M for a market cap of nearly $10B.
