Dropbox is a file hosting service, which allows users to store their files in the cloud and access them from any computer with an Internet connection. It can be accessed through an official desktop client, or through web browser extensions. It allows users to sync files across multiple computers, as well as public sharing of files.
Awork is a free cloud storage service for Windows and Mac. It allows users to store files and documents online and share them with others. The service is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. Files can be accessed via web browser or mobile device. Awork allows users to upload and download files with no limits and with no restrictions on the number of downloads.
Dropbox’s advantage against awork lies in its popularity. Dropbox has many more users than awork. However, awork’s advantage over Dropbox lies in its easy use and user-friendly interface. Its simple design makes it easier and faster to work with, especially on small devices. awork also provides more functions than Dropbox. In addition, awork is able to support multi-language interface. Therefore, having integration between Dropbox and awork will bring convenience to users. It will allow users to view and edit files uploaded to awork with ease, because they are commonly used software with great user experience. Also importantly, this integration will provide new features to both Dropbox and awork such as drag & drop function, which can improve the efficiency of their daily use. Thus, Dropbox and awork can bring convenience to users if they integrate these two.
With integration between Dropbox and awork, using Dropbox on iOS devices such as iPad, iPod touch, and iPhone will be much easier than before. Instead of needing to install another application that can connect Dropbox to iOS devices, users only need one application which supports both Dropbox and awork, which can do both tasks. With this integration, users can directly access files on Dropbox while using their iOS device without having to switch between apps. This will save them time because they don’t have to switch between applications to check if there are new files on Dropbox that they have just uploaded or modified. Also, if they want to edit some of the files on Dropbox on their iOS devices, they don’t have to download them first since they can access them directly in the application without downloading them (see Figure 1.

Users can easily share files between Dropbox and awork if they have integration between these two services. Users just need to right click on the file they want to share then click “send link” or “share link” button from the pop up menu on Dropbox (see Figure 2. Then their friends or families will receive the shared link automatically in their email inboxes if they have registered on awork before. Users can also send the file to other social networking sites such as Facebook to share it with their friends who are not using awork (see Figure 3.
