Through Chatbot API:
Enter the admin panel of Appy Pie Chatbot and click the “Integrations” tab. Click “Chatbot API” in the left menu and fplow the steps below to integrate Dropbox:
Click “Connect” to connect Appy Pie Chatbot with Dropbox account. Enter your Dropbox access token in “API Key” field. Click “Save”. You can now use all functions of Dropbox in Appy Pie Chatbot!
Through Linked Apps:
First, download and install the latest version of Appy Pie Chatbot app on your mobile device or PC/Mac (iOS or Android. Open Appy Pie Chatbot app, then sign in using your Appy Pie account. After logging into your Appy Pie account, you will be directed to the home screen where you will be given an option to link your Dropbox account. If you already have an existing Dropbox account, you will be required to enter your username and password. Once you have entered your details, click “Link” to proceed. After linking your account, you will be able to start sharing files from Dropbox directly in Appy Pie Chatbot! To add files from Dropbox into Appy Pie Chatbot, open your conversation with your chatbot and tap on “Share Files” button in the top right corner. This will launch the Dropbox file browser and shows all files available in your Dropbox account. Select one or multiple files that you want to share with your chatbot. Once you select the files, click on “Upload” button and it will be uploaded into Appy Pie Chatbot instantly! That’s it! You have successfully shared files from Dropbox into Appy Pie Chatbot!
