Hello, my name is ___ and I am a student at the University of _______. I am here to talk about a project that I have been working on called Drift and Zoho Desk integration. My project is a template that allows you to connect Drift and Zoho Desk in order to save time and energy from having to switch between different tops. The main goal of this project is to show how these two programs can work together seamlessly. In addition, there are many benefits to integrating these two applications. First of all, Zoho Desk is a powerful top for managing your customers and helps you track their satisfaction with your business. This particular top makes it easier to fplow up, send surveys and offers, and even learn about what they like and dislike. On the other hand, Drift is an application for creating and managing chatbots, which can automate conversations with your customers and help them in getting answers to their questions. These integrations allow you to use the data cplected by Zoho Desk to create or respond to chatbots, which can lead to increased customer satisfaction and better customer service.

  • Integration of Drift and Zoho Desk
  • Zoho Desk integrates with Drift through Zapier’s integration site. You can download the zapier-drift-zohodesk integration template from the Zapier website and then connect it to both Zoho Desk and Drift. Here is how:

    First of all, you need to log in to your account and go to the Integration site where you will find different templates for different applications. Then you can click on the “Login with Drift” button which will redirect your browser to the Drift page where you will need to login using your email and password. Once you do this, you will see a message informing you that Zapier has successfully connected your Drift account with your zoho account. If everything goes well, you will see similar things in both apps after signing in. Then you should go back to the zapier-drift-zohodesk integration template website and click on the “Connect with ZohoDesk” tab which will redirect you to your Zoho account where you should select “Agencies” under the “Users” section. Then click on “Add New” to create a new user account. You will then be prompted to enter the basic information about the agency that will connect to Drift. Once you are done, you should click on “Save Changes” to save your changes. Afterwards, you will be redirected back to Zapier where you should click on “Save & Close” button. Now everything is connected! All you have to do now is test it out. You can either choose one or multiple contacts from the contact list you have created in your Zoho account. Then you should go back to Zapier where you can write an email subject for your contact list or choose one from the previous ones that are already available. After selecting what you want, click on “Continue” button which will take you back to your zoho dashboard where you can choose what type of message you want to send out. Once again, click on the “Continue” button which will take you back to zapier where it will ask you for a recipient email address in case if you want to send it manually. If so, enter an email address that belongs to someone that has access to your Drift account or just leave it blank if this is not important. Then click on the “Continue” button once more which will launch your Drift application where it will ask for confirmation before sending out the message. After confirming the message, it should be sent out successfully! That’s it!
