Drift’s chatbot can provide updates about the business or respond to frequently asked questions via text or voice. The chatbot can also send receipts for online purchases, answer questions about online orders, or schedule future appointments. For example, if a user tries to pay with Apple Pay and accidentally hits the wrong button, he/she can ask Drift’s chatbot for help by sending a message through Xero.
