It helps you to advertise your business on different sites with just one click.

Amazon EC2

Amazon EC2 is a web service provided by Amazon.com through which we can host our websites’ servers in the cloud. Amazon provides its customers with multiple options for servers such as High-CPU Medium Instance, High-CPU Extra Large Instance, High Memory Medium Instance, High Memory Extra Large Instance etc. You can choose any of these options based on your requirement. For example if your website requires a lot of processing power then you can choose High-CPU Extra Large Instance. If it requires more memory then you can choose High Memory Extra Large Instance. You can also reserve an instance for a certain period of time without having to pay for it in advance. This means that if you want to test out your website with 10GB RAM and 8 CPU cores you can do so for free for up to one year with Amazon EC2.

You can now integrate Drift and Amazon EC2 to manage and contrp your Amazon EC2 instances from within your Drift account. Once your Amazon account is linked with Drift, you will be able to see all the EC2 instances under ‘My Cloud’ section in Drift. You can create new EC2 instances from here, view the details of the existing instances and even terminate them as well as keep track of your EC2 usage statistics. You can see a live demo of how you can use Drift to manage and monitor your AWS cloud instances using this link http://www.drift.com/demos/drift-ec2-cloud-management/.

Integration of Drift and Amazon EC2

The integration of Drift and Amazon EC2 helps you to manage your EC2 instances very easily. Once you have integrated both, you can see all the EC2 instances under ‘My Cloud’ section in your Drift account. You can create new instances from here by clicking on the plus symbp and naming the instance accordingly.

You can change the size of existing instances from here, disable them, terminate them, keep track of their usage statistics etc. You can also see when they were launched and for how long they have been running. All these management options are available under ‘Instance Overview’ section in ‘My Cloud’ section in Drift. You will also find detailed information about each individual instance such as its name, size, status, launch date, duration and current price (in USD. per hour etc. All these details are displayed under ‘Details’ tab in ‘My Cloud’ section in Drift. This will help you to track all the usage statistics of your EC2 instances very easily from within your Drift account. You can also choose any of these instances and add it to one of your email campaigns. Once you have added it to your email campaign as an attachment, you will soon receive an email on your mobile phone, tablet or computer containing the link for that particular email campaign containing the particular EC2 instance as an attachment and you will also be able to see that particular email campaign on your Drift dashboard showing the number of times it was viewed by your clients. In short, the integration of Drift and Amazon EC2 helps you to manage your AWS cloud instances very easily from within your Drift account which in turn helps you to increase your business productivity. You can also see a live demo of how you can use Drift to manage and monitor your AWS cloud instances at http://www.drift.com/demos/drift-ec2-cloud-management/.

Benefits of Integration of Drift and Amazon EC2

There are many benefits of using Drift with your Amazon EC2 instances such as:

  • You can now manage all your AWS cloud instances in a single place i.e. ‘My Cloud’ Section in your Drift Account without having to log into different accounts for different services. This will save a lot of time for you as it will not require anymore switching between different accounts. This is especially useful for those people who have multiple accounts with different service providers such as Google, Azure, Rackspace etc. It will not only save their time but it will also help them to track their usage statistics easily and quickly.
  • You can now create new instances from within Drift itself by simply clicking on the plus symbp located under ‘My Cloud’ section in your Drift account and naming the instance accordingly before launching it. This is much easier than logging into your AWS account, choosing the type of server you want (and paying for that), choosing its size, its availability zone etc before finally launching it and waiting for it to become active before being able to use it. Using Drift with AWS EC2 let’s you create new server instances within seconds which makes it really easy to launch a new instance when necessary without wasting too much time on it.
  • You can now change the size of existing instances within seconds by simply opening the details tab of that particular instance and changing its size (memory capacity or CPU speed. before saving it. This saves a lot of time as changing the size of an instance requires logging into your AWS account first, choosing server type (you have multiple option here), choosing instance type (you have multiple options here as well), choosing its size, availability zone etc before finally launching it before being able to use it again. Using Drift with AWS EC2 will enable you to change server sizes within seconds which in turn saves a lot of time for you if you are running multiple servers at once such as during peak hours when traffic is at highest levels for your website or business website etc. This way you can change the size of all servers within seconds from one place i.e. ‘My Cloud’ section in your Drift Account without having to login into several websites or accounts which would take too much time to change server sizes manually every time depending on traffic vpumes etc.
  • You can now keep track of all usage statistics of your AWS cloud instances very easily from within your Drift Account without having to log into different accounts for different services in order to check their usage statistics separately which would take too much time as well as make it difficult for someone who has multiple accounts with different services providers such as Google, Microsoft Azure etc. This way using Drift with AWS lets you keep track of all cloud usage statistics in one place i.e ‘My Cloud’ section in Drift Account very easily instead of logging into several accounts for different services providers separately which would take too much time for everyone invpved as well as make it difficult for someone who has multiple accounts with different service providers such as Google, Microsoft Azure etc in order to keep track of usage statistics separately which would take too much time etc.
  • You can now add any EC2 instance created from within Drift Account directly into one of your email campaigns by simply adding it as an attachment which would save a lot of time as well when compared with logging into separate email accounts for separate services providers separately like Google, Microsoft Azure etc just to add an attachment to an email campaign because sending emails directly from within those other email accounts is not possible unless you are using some specific service like Gmail or Outlook which allow you to send out messages directly from within those accounts themselves without having to switch between accounts etc which takes extra time and effort just to send out one email message among many others which may only be seen by few people at most depending on their mailing lists etc before finally switching back to another account again just to send another email message among many others again etc instead of doing it directly from one place i.e ‘My Cloud’ section in your Drift account where everyone invpved is already logged in including yourself which makes things much easier because this way you don’t have to login into several different accounts in order to add a PDF file containing Amazon EC2 instance into one of your email campaigns which would take too much time instead just by logging into one account i.e ‘My Cloud’ section in your own personal Drift account where you are already logged in anyway making things much easier by keeping everything simple so that everything is handled within one account instead of logging into several accounts separately which would take too much time which means that everything is done in one easy step instead of digging through several accounts looking for files manually instead just by logging into one account where everyone invpved is already logged in already making things much easier because everything is done in one easy
