Drift and Agile CRM can be integrated to enhance the functionality of both tops and increase their usefulness. Drift can be integrated with Agile CRM by using the API available on the Agile CRM website. The API can be used to connect Drift Chatbot with Agile CRM contact record, so that whenever a new lead is created in Agile CRM it automatically creates a chatbot conversation in Drift. This way, all the information about the new lead will be saved in one place. There are two ways to integrate Drift with Agile CRM. Extend existing chatbot or create new chatbot. For both the methods, the bot should be added as an action in the Agile Contact form. The code provided on https://api.agilecrm.com/docs/integrating_slack_with_agile_crm shows how to integrate Drift with Agile CRM using Slack API. If you already have a chatbot in Slack then it can be used directly in Agile CRM without creating a new chatbot. To do that, go to https://api.agilecrm.com/docs/integrating_slack_with_agile_crm#slack_messenger_extension, copy the code for Slash Messaging Extension and paste it in the Startup Script section in the Configuration screen of your Agile CRM organization. Then select the Bot Token from your Slack account when asked for it during configuration of the integration. To provide more information about the contacts in Agile CRM, you can use the webhook URL of your Drift account to create conversations in Drift whenever any changes are made to the contact profile in Agile CRM.
