This method allows you to sync tasks automatically between Outlook and Microsoft To-Do with no additional effort on your part. In order to use this method, you need Outlook 2016 or later installed on your desktop/laptop computer and you need an Office 365 account for the same purpose. If you want to use this method, then create a new group in Outlook called “Tasks”, so all your tasks will be synced into this fpder automatically. Then install the Microsoft To-Do Add-in for Outlook & Office 365 on your desktop, so it will sync your Outlook tasks with Microsoft To-Do.
