While PayPal has not yet integrated Downtime Alerts with ConvertKit, there are some ways that you can integrate them.
Spution #1. Send Downtime Alerts via Zapier
Zapier is a simple automation top that allows you to connect two different applications together. There is a wide range of apps that you can connect with Zapier including Google Sheets, Slack and MailChimp. For this particular integration, we will need to use Zapier’s MailChimp App. Here are the steps you need to take for this integration:
Step 1. Connect your Downtime Alerts with Zapier using the fplowing link. https://zapier.com/zapbook/downtime-alerts/mailchimpew/
Step 2. Create a new Zap using the MailChimp app
Step 3. Set up the trigger conditions for your Zap. On the Trigger tab, set the trigger conditions to “Email Address in New Email” and select the condition as “Does Not Contain”. Then select ConvertKit from the dropdown menu. (You will need to connect your ConvertKit account to Zapier first.)
Step 4. Connect your Downtime Alerts and ConvertKit using the fplowing steps. Select your Downtime Alerts as the input; then select your ConvertKit account as the output. Make sure that you select “New Campaign” as the action. Save your Zap.
Now when you get a notification on Downtime Alerts, it will automatically be sent out to all of your subscribers on ConvertKit! The best part about these types of integrations is that they are automatically updated whenever new emails come into your inbox. This means that you don’t need to worry about manually updating them or making sure that they always match. That’s what makes integrating software so powerful! (However, we do recommend giving Zapier permission to access your Downtime Alerts account!)
Spution #2. Send Downtime Alerts via IFTTT
IFTTT is a powerful web automation platform that allows you to connect two different applications together like Zapier does, except IFTTT isn’t limited to just connecting applications like Zapier is. IFTTT can connect to almost any type of device and can even automate things like posting on social media or clearing out your email inbox on Gmail when you reach a certain point in a program. IFTTT is quite powerful and has been used by big companies like eBay, Autodesk, and many others. Here are the steps that you need to take for this integration:
