This is my article about DocuSign and Snapchat. DocuSign is a company that makes electronic signatures. It was founded in the year 2000 as a company called DocuSigned, Inc. with the goal to make electronic signature software. DocuSign is now used by many companies such as Disney, Starbucks and even the White House. Its utility for business is very high because it allows for fast speed of signing documents and is more convenient than using physical papers. The company also has made partnerships with organizations like Samsung, Google and Cisco.
Snapchat is a social media application that sends photos and videos that are deleted after 10 seconds from the recipient’s phone. The app was first released in 2011 by Evan Spiegel and Bobby Murphy and has been well received by users. The name “snapchat” came from the sound of a camera shutter closing. The app has become quite popular with over 300 million active users per month. Snapchat is considered a gpd mine for marketers because of its popularity. With the use of Snapchat’s gepocation feature, marketers can send marketing messages to users based on their location. Although Snapchat has plans to make money, they have not yet found a way to do so which has cost them some investors.
In this section, I will explain how DocuSign and Snapchat can be integrated into one company. The integration of these two companies could be beneficial for both companies as well as the consumer because they both offer services that are different and complementary. According to their websites, DocuSign and Snapchat are both based in California, but they seem to be in completely different fields. However, if these two were to merge, it would allow both companies to expand their services and offer consumers new features with fewer costs associated with them. For example, if DocuSign and Snapchat merged, they would come up with a new way to send documents securely through Snapchat’s messaging platform. If there was a problem with sending documents, the user could contact customer service for help or go to the support page at www.docusign.com/support/. This new process would be much more convenient than having to print out a document and sign it physically or going to a separate site to sign the document electronically. A merger between the two companies would also allow them to share resources such as administrative staff and human resources. This could be very beneficial to both companies because it would reduce the number of employees needed to operate both companies and it would bring down their operating costs significantly.
Another way DocuSign and Snapchat could benefit from a merger would be by selling advertising space on the website and inside the app itself for cheaper than what is being spd on Snapchat or Facebook or Google right now. By doing this, they could reach more customers and increase their revenue. This would allow DocuSign and Snapchat to advertise their products more efficiently and improve their brand awareness. The internet is an important part of today’s society and people spend a large amount of time surfing online looking at different websites or apps. If DocuSign advertised on Snapchat, it would target users who spend large amounts of time on Snapchat instead of other sites like Facebook or Google. This would also allow DocuSign to spread their brand awareness by reaching consumers who may not know about them even though they have been around for awhile now.
In conclusion, I do believe DocuSign and Snapchat should merge to streamline their services and make things easier for customers. If there was some sort of integration between these two companies, it would allow DocuSign to gain more revenue and also increase their customer base since they could reach more people online now that they have access to Snapchat’s social media network.
