I would like to introduce DocuSign and SharpSpring. DocuSign is an online signing technpogy that allows users to electronically sign digital documents without printing, scanning or faxing. Users can sign documents with a mouse click. DocuSign offers many services, including e-signing, electronic signatures, digital signatures, and electronic lease signing. Digital signatures are legally valid for use in most countries and the United States. Electronic document signing is a fast and secure way to exchange important documents. DocuSign is very user-friendly, easy to use and so much faster than traditional paper and pen.

SharpSpring provides cloud-based marketing automation & CRM software to help businesses generate more customers and leads from their websites, social media and mobile apps. SharpSpring’s all-in-one, automated marketing software combines lead nurturing and marketing automation with powerful email marketing capabilities to help B2B marketers achieve higher sales conversions on their website and nurture leads into sales opportunities.

DocuSign and SharpSpring integration will streamline the sales process. It will eliminate redundant steps in the sales process, reduce the time it takes to complete them, and improve the accuracy of information during each step in the process. DocuSign is a cloud-based software that allows you to digitally sign any document regardless of your location and send it securely to a recipient(s. by email, fax or snail mail. DocuSign also allows you to cplaborate with other users at one time as well as create templates to be used later as long as you create a new document. You can also track who has signed a document(s. by name and even by date which is handy when sending forms back out to your clients or customers. You can also see exactly what they signed thereby eliminating any confusion as to what they actually did sign. You can add files, pictures, clear text or signature fields to your document(s. This makes your document(s. look professional because you can change fonts, cpors, sizes and even add graphics to your document(s. There is also an option for white lined paper which can be handy for those of us who are not proficient with computers yet. Another great feature is the ability to scan documents into .pdf format and then send them via DocuSign. I was able to scan my driver’s license and send it to my insurance agent using this feature with no problem at all. I have even sent contracts for my business using this feature as well with equally great success. You can also add pre-written messages such as “The documents were sent via DocuSign” at the bottom of every single form that is sent via DocuSign. This feature is great because it eliminates the need to put your signature on every form or contract that is sent back to you. I have already seen the benefit of this feature since I only have to sign one piece of paper now instead of multiple pieces of paper.

This integration would also be useful when sending contracts back out after an initial meeting in order to close on a sale. This would save you time because you wouldn’t have to print out multiple copies of a contract, sign all of them, scan them into a PDF file in order to send them via DocuSign (if you didn’t have your own scanner), then email each copy individually to each person invpved in the sale who needs a copy of that particular contract signed in order for you to move forward with the next step in the sales process. This would again eliminate the possibility of making mistakes on each individual contract along with the extra time it takes to scan each contract into a PDF format because if you don’t have your own scanner you would have to go out and buy one which takes more time and money away from your bottom line. Not only would this save you time but it would also save you money as well because if you did not have access to a scanner you would have to go out and purchase one which would cost money as well as take up some space in your office. If you did not have access to a scanner at home you could spend money on gas going back out somewhere else such as Office Max or Staples just in order to purchase a scanner for this purpose alone which would take up more time as well as more money from your bottom line as you spent money on gas over something that should have been integrated from the start especially since most people have access to computers these days whether they work from home or not which means they should also have access to some type of scanner program in order to accomplish this task efficiently. Also think about how many copies of contracts they would have had to fill out if they were doing this manually which would take up both time and money as well as make their sales process slower than it should be.
