Users can sign documents with a mouse click. DocuSign offers many services, including e-signing, electronic signatures, digital signatures, and electronic lease signing. Digital signatures are legally valid for use in most countries and the United States. Electronic document signing is a fast and secure way to exchange important documents. DocuSign is very user-friendly, easy to use and so much faster than traditional paper and pen.

Another great feature is the ability to scan documents into .pdf format and then send them via DocuSign. I was able to scan my driver’s license and send it to my insurance agent using this feature with no problem at all. I have even sent contracts for my business using this feature as well with equally great success. You can also add pre-written messages such as “The documents were sent via DocuSign” at the bottom of every single form that is sent via DocuSign. This feature is great because it eliminates the need to put your signature on every form or contract that is sent back to you. I have already seen the benefit of this feature since I only have to sign one piece of paper now instead of multiple pieces of paper.

This would again eliminate the possibility of making mistakes on each individual contract along with the extra time it takes to scan each contract into a PDF format because if you don’t have your own scanner you would have to go out and buy one which takes more time and money away from your bottom line. Not only would this save you time but it would also save you money as well because if you did not have access to a scanner you would have to go out and purchase one which would cost money as well as take up some space in your office. If you did not have access to a scanner at home you could spend money on gas going back out somewhere else such as Office Max or Staples just in order to purchase a scanner for this purpose alone which would take up more time as well as more money from your bottom line as you spent money on gas over something that should have been integrated from the start especially since most people have access to computers these days whether they work from home or not which means they should also have access to some type of scanner program in order to accomplish this task efficiently.
