Microsoft To-Do provides many features and functionalities for users to manage their tasks. Integration with Microsoft To-Do gives users access to powerful features like Templates and Custom List Settings.
For instance, if a user creates a task from DocuSign, they can set a task template as “Email from DocuSign”. The task template will have information from the DocuSign transaction that include Recipient Name, Message Content, and Signature (Figure 2. This saves time when creating tasks in Microsoft To-Do. For example, if a user wants to create a task of 5 minutes each day to pay his credit card bill, he can make a template called “Pay Credit Card Bill”. Then he can copy this template into any list under the “Tasks” section on Microsoft To-Do. If he wants to create a new task, he can just select this template and fill in the information about the recipient of the new task and attach it to his credit card bill account on his credit card company website. This way it is easier for him to manage his tasks instead of typing out each individual task manually every week.
