For my first point, I would like to talk about the integration of DocuSign and HubSpot. This integration will allow both customers and businesses to have easier access to information. In addition, the business benefits by having more of a direct connection with their customers and having more information on them. The business will also be able to use DocuSign to send electronic signatures back to their customers once they have completed the form. This is another benefit for the business, as it will save time and money by not having to physically mail the document back to the client. Lastly, it will allow both parties to have access to information at any given time. For example, if a client needs more information on a product or service after they have already received the product or service, they can go to the company’s website and find the form, which was previously submitted, with all the necessary information filled out by the client when they initially bought the product or service.
