The article will also outline the benefits that are gained by setting up the integration of Digistrore24 and Zoho Connect.

  • Integration of Digistrore24 and Zoho Connect
  • To set up an integration between Digistrore24 and Zoho connect, the fplowing needs to be done:

    • Sign in to Zoho connect at Zoho.com/connect/signin. Click on “Get started”. Click on “Create new app”. Click on “Digistrore24” in the App Catalog. Click on “Configure” under the application name “Digistrore24”. Click on “Sign in” for “Sign-in Integration” under the current app settings. Click on “New Reply URL” to add a reply URL for Digistrore24, then enter the URL to Digistrore24 (https://digistrore24.zoho.com/index.do. and click on “Save Changes”. Click on “Edit Configuration” under the current app settings. Click on “API Keys” under “Authentication” section to add an API key for Digistrore24, then enter the API Key (API Key. (6DE739B0-F6A5-48ED-9CBD-8FA51DD4A134. and click on “Save Changes”. Click on “Test Connection” under the current app settings. Click on “Save Changes” after checking the test connection is successful. Click on “Finish” to save changes.
    • Sign in to Digistrore24 at http://digistrore24.zoho.com/index.do?r=dtm_home_career with username “testuser” and password “testpasswd”. Enable a new user or a manager of a user group as a user with access to Zoho connect by going to Settings > Security > Security Settings > User Access Management > Public User Access > User Access Management for Public Users > Manage Public Users. Add a new user with username “testuser” and password “testpasswd”, then click on Save Changes button to confirm the changes. Go to Settings > Security Settings > Authentication Settings > External Authentication > Create a new authentication, choose Zoho Connect as the authentication type, and click on Save Changes button to confirm the changes. Under Authentication Setting, click on Enable for Zoho Connect, then enter a user group name as a scope parameter, this is used for assigning users with access to Zoho connect, and click on Save Changes button to confirm the changes. Activate the new user by going to Account > Manage Users > testuser , then click on Activate button to confirm the change. Go to Settings > Security Settings > User Access Management > External User Access Settings > Add a new external user access rule, then select Zoho Connect as the external authentication source, enter a scope parameter as a scope parameter of an external user access rule (scope parameter), and click on Save Changes button to confirm the changes (see Figure 2.

    • Configure Zoho connect:

  • Go to Settings > Connectors > Zoho CRM > Configure Zoho CRM Integration. Enter your Zoho CRM username and password, then click on CRM Username and CRM Password fields, then copy and paste them into corresponding input boxes of CRM Credentials field. A confirmation message will confirm that you have configured correctly (see Figure 3.

  • Go to Settings > Connectors > Webhooks > Webhooks Setup and switch off all webhooks by clicking on Off radio button for all webhooks (see Figure 4.

A confirmation message will confirm that you have configured correctly (see Figure 13. You should now see HipChat/Slack alert messages in your inbox every time something is posted in your chat room or channel (see Figure 14.
