Integration of Deskpro and MeisterTask


Deskpro is an electronic organizer that supports the management of personal tasks with a simple and easy-to-use interface. From what I learned about it, you can create as many tasks as you want and also, you can organize them in different categories. For example, you can have your tasks organized by categories such as "Schop", "Work", "Personal", etc. You can add due dates, reminders and also, you can set dependencies among the tasks. Moreover, Deskpro notifies you when a task has been completed and also, it allows you to see all your tasks on a calendar. Furthermore, it also allows you to create notes and also, you can store information such as phone numbers, addresses and so on. Finally, you can import/export data to/from other applications such as Microsoft Word or Lotus. For example, if you have a document in Microsoft Word and you want to import this document into Deskpro, you can do so by using Deskpro's Import/Export feature.


MeisterTask is a project management software that enables teams to plan and manage their work effectively. MeisterTask includes many features such as. cplaboration tops, work breakdown structure (WBS), risk assessment, time tracking, resource management and much more. From what I understand about MeisterTask, it helps you keep contrp of your projects' progress by allowing you to assign tasks to team members and keeping track of the time spent per task. For instance, if you assign a task to one of your team members named "John Smith" and he takes two days to complete this task, you can see how much time he spent working on this task by going to the "Timesheet" subtab in "Reports". Moreover, MeisterTask allows you to assign multiple resources to one task. For example, if you want to assign a task to three of your team members named "John Smith", "Mary Jones" and "James Brown", all three of them will be able to work on the same task at the same time. This will help you manage your project more effectively as it will allow you to see which team member is working on what task and how much time has been spent for each task. Moreover, MeisterTask also includes risk assessment tops which will help you identify risks in your projects at an early stage. For example, if a team member's computer crashes or if he forgets to press "save" before leaving his computer, he may lose all the work he did for the current project. Therefore, MeisterTask's risk assessment tops will help you identify risks in your projects before they happen and therefore, addressing these risks before they lead to any consequences. Furthermore, MeisterTask includes time tracking tops which will allow you to see how much time has been spent on each task and therefore, identifying which tasks are taking too much time to be completed.

Integration of Deskpro and MeisterTask

Integration of Deskpro and MeisterTask will allow users to manage their tasks more efficiently by giving them access to both programs at the same time. For example, if I am working in my computer and I want to add a task to my "Work" category in Deskpro or change its due date, I do not have to exit my computer and open Deskpro. Instead, I can just click on "MeisterTask" on the top bar of my computer screen and then I can add this new task or change its due date in MeisterTask from my computer. Next, let's imagine that someone emails me some new documents that need to be edited. Normally, I would have to open Microsoft Word, read these documents and start editing them one by one. With integration of Deskpro and MeisterTask however, this process would be much easier because I would just have to go to MeisterTask and add these documents to my list of tasks since MeisterTask would notify me of these new documents by email. Then, I could edit these documents in MeisterTask while still working in my computer or while in the bus or somewhere else instead of having to come back home just to edit these documents. Finally, integration of Deskpro and MeisterTask will enable me personally to manage my tasks more efficiently because I would not have to keep switching between different applications just to manage my tasks. Instead, I could manage my tasks from the same program without having to open different applications for each task. Integrating Deskpro and MeisterTask will also benefit companies since it will enable employees to manage their tasks faster with less stress because they would not have to worry about wasting their time switching between different applications that they use for managing their tasks. It will also save companies' money because they would not have to hire multiple employees just for managing their projects' tasks because one employee would be able to manage his/her projects' tasks by using Deskpro and MeisterTask together instead of being part of different project teams just for managing his/her projects' tasks separately. Integrating Deskpro and MeisterTask will also increase productivity since it will enable employees to manage their tasks faster than if they were using different applications just for managing their tasks separately. If a company needs an employee who is specialized in certain tasks such as organizing meetings or scheduling events among other things related to project management, integrating Deskpro and MeisterTask would make it possible for this employee to accomplish all of his/her project management related tasks in one application instead of having to switch between different applications just for managing his/her project management related activities. Finally, integrating Deskpro and MeisterTask will reduce costs since it will allow companies to hire fewer employees just for managing their project management related activities because integrating these two applications will allow one employee to manage all his/her project management related activities in one application instead of having multiple applications for each activity that this employee needs to complete just for managing his/her project management related activities.
