In addition, the Deskpro Hubspot app helps sales people track their interactions with prospects because all their interactions with prospects will be saved in one place, Deskpro.

HubSpot also includes a blog feature which allows users to create and share blog posts with their website visitors. The blog feature can integrate with Deskpro so that users can write blog posts directly from Deskpro, then have those blog posts automatically published on their website using HubSpot’s blog feature. Since blog posts are written directly from Deskpro, there is no need to copy and paste blog posts from another program like Word or Google Docs. The only thing the user needs to do is write the post and hit publish. The blog feature can also integrate with ActiveCampaign for customer retention campaigns since Active Campaign is a form based email marketing company that can be used to send newsletters and other forms of communications to customers. These emails can be sent through ActiveCampaign’s email template builder and can be sent through HubSpot’s autoresponder feature which will send the emails out at the right time and date based on the customer’s preferences entered into ActiveCampaign’s email template builder.
