Deskpro also has a built-in task manager for managing personal tasks. The task manager is divided into two components. Tasks and Projects.

Daylite

Daylite is an online notetaking application that is cloud-based. It aims to help people organize their lives by letting them make calendars, notes, reminders, events, drawings, checklists, etc. Daylite also has functionality similar to that of Microsoft Outlook, allowing users to integrate it with their email accounts.

The integration of Deskpro’s features with Daylite’s features will greatly benefit users in terms of productivity in both their personal and professional lives.

Integration of Deskpro and Daylite

Deskpro’s Task Manager can be integrated with Daylite in order to further facilitate its users’ productivity in their personal lives. With this integration, users will have access to all the tasks they have set in Deskpro that are associated with a specific day. This will allow them to see all the tasks they have yet to complete for that day in one place. Furthermore, because Deskpro’s task manager is divided into two components (Tasks and Projects), when the user chooses which component is used when creating a new task in Daylite, the user will be able to further categorize the new task in Daylite. This way, once the user completes all tasks associated with a particular project/task in Deskpro, he or she will be able to see all completed tasks of that project/task in Daylite for reference. For example, if the user has created a new task related to Project X in Daylite, upon completion of all tasks related to Project X in Deskpro, he or she will be able to see all completed tasks related to Project X in Daylite. Furthermore, if the user decides to create another task related to Project X in Daylite after completing all previous tasks related to Project X in Deskpro, the user will be able to see all completed tasks related to Project X even though he or she has created another task related to Project X in Daylite. This way, the user will always be able to see all completed tasks related to Project X.
