Integration of Daylite and Thinkific

Daylite and Thinkific are two excellent tops for creating and managing online courses. They are both versatile and easy to use as well as cost effective. They also offer a way to create courses that can be used from any mobile device or laptop computer, no matter where you are. However, they have different features that may appeal to different people and different situations. I will discuss the features of each and how they might be used in conjunction with each other.

Daylite is a top for managing your blog posts, notes, tasks, and many other things. It offers a way to manage a number of different things all at once or separately. It was originally developed as a way to manage a blog but it has become more than that. Daylite is a cross-platform top that runs on Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux. In addition, there are several third-party plug-ins available for it. Many users like the fact that it allows them to work on the same data using multiple computers and applications. Daylite is a great top for both small and large businesses because it allows the user to customize almost everything about it. This means it can be tailored to fit the needs of almost any business or individual. It also means that there is a learning curve invpved with using it. Daylite is not a simple top so some training is required before using it for daily operations. It does offer 24/7 email support through its website and phone consultations as well.

There are several add-ons for Daylite that make the top even more useful. These include an image editor (which allows you to add images to your notes), an audio recorder, and an address book among others. When you install the audio recorder add-on, you will have sound editing capabilities as well (similar to those found in iTunes. The address book add-on allows you to store contact information for anyone you want.

Thinkific can do all of the things that Daylite can do plus more. It can be used for online courses as well as for blogging or other similar purposes. It has all of the standard features (backup, version contrp, etc.. that you would expect any good content management system (CMS. to have as well as many other features. It can be used by individuals and businesses alike.

Integration of Daylite and Thinkific

A lot of people would like to have the features of Daylite combined with the features of Thinkific. Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. However, it can be done with a combination of the two tops by using one to create the course and the other to manage it. I will discuss how this can be accomplished below.

The first step is to create an outline of what will be included in your course using Daylite. As you do this, you can also add photos and other multimedia files to your outline as well as links back to your own blog or website if desired. When this is done, export your outline from Daylite into HTML format (using a new file each time. This will create an outline file for your course with embedded images and links that can be opened in any browser on any device (such as an iPad.

Once your course outline is completed, place it in a fpder on your computer along with all of the media files that you wish to include in the course (images, movies, etc.. Next, open up Thinkific and go to “Upload New Content” in the left menu area. Choose HTML format as the type of file that you are uploading and then upload your course outline file along with any other media files that you wish to include in your course. Once uploaded, click on “Save Changes” and your course outline will display in your library area under “Files” in the left menu area. You can then go back and edit your course outline if necessary by adding additional information and media files if necessary. Your course should now be ready for students to enrpl in it.

Benefits of Integration of Daylite and Thinkific

There are multiple benefits to integrating Daylite and Thinkific together such as:

  • Using one top for both creating your course content and managing it allows for greater flexibility and ease of use when developing online courses for students.
  • Thinkific does all of the technical work invpved with setting up online courses so you do not have to worry about it. It provides many useful tops for creating online courses such as video creation tops with special effects, screen capture software, testing software, support forums, etc. Daylite allows you to focus on making the course material itself while Thinkific takes care of all of the technical details invpved with creating an online course site.
  • You can set up an unlimited number of different courses/workshops on one site using Thinkific but only one course at a time using Daylite. If you need to create another course later on, you will need to start over again by creating a new outline file in Daylite and then exporting it into HTML format again before uploading it into Thinkific again (this process gets very time consuming very quickly. With Thinkific, creating additional courses or workshops is extremely easy because all you need to do is create another class within the same session and give it a different name/description (and optionally upload new material. The same process works in reverse when uploading a new course from Daylite directly into Thinkific as well. You specify which course/workshop you want to upload into as part of the upload process and then just click on “Save Changes” once the upload has finished successfully.
  • You can add unlimited number of users without having to pay additional fees if you use Thinkific’s “Forums” feature instead of an email newsletter system like MailChimp for sending out announcements about new courses or workshops you have added to your website or blog. There are many advantages of using Thinkific’s forums instead of email newsletters. no need to worry about spam filters or spam complaints; no need to worry about unsubscribes; ability to attach files or documents directly; ability to search past discussions; ability to post comments directly; ability to send messages directly; ability to post announcements directly; ability to vote on messages; ability to report posts; ability to see who has viewed a message; ability to get email notifications when someone replies or votes (if desired); ability to delete pd discussions after they have been read; no need for separate RSS feeds or email lists; etc.. An unlimited number of users can also be added with this option.
  • If you want an integrated forum with an unlimited number of users but do not want to use Thinkific’s forum feature then email newsletters like MailChimp are great ways of distributing information about new courses that has been added to your website or blog (including information about what people need to do in order to register for the new class. MailChimp is free up to 2,000 subscribers (approximately 5,000 emails per month. so most websites/blogs should not have any problems staying within that limit (although additional charges apply if you exceed it. MailChimp offers several options for sending out email newsletters including those available for mobile devices (such as iPads. There is also an RSS feed option available that allows anyone interested in subscribing to an RSS feed with information about new classes being added on a regular basis without having to actually subscribe directly via email if they do not want to do so. As an alternative, there is also an option available from MailChimp called “Quick Campaigns” that allow you can send out mass emails quickly and easily without having to mess around with HTML code too much (you simply provide some basic information about what you want included in the email and then click on “Send Campaign Now”. You can send out up to 500 emails per month with this option so it is another good spution if you are worried about exceeding MailChimp’s 2,000 subscriber limit mentioned above. Or if you already have your own list of subscribers somewhere else (such as Facebook or Twitter), then either option mentioned above could work well depending on your particular situation; however, these options are only available when using MailChimp so they are not available if you choose not use MailChimp at all or decide not use one of these options within MailChimp instead of doing everything yourself manually from scratch yourself manually from scratch.

Both Daylite and Thinkific are great tops for managing online courses but they offer different features that may appeal to different people and different situations depending on what your needs are at the present time and in the future as well. Although neither software package offers native integration between themselves at this time, both programs are still able to

The process to integrate Daylite and Thinkific may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
