Daylite is a powerful web-based cplaboration top that can help teams of workers to organize their work, cplaborate effectively and achieve goals. In the words of the developers at Daylite, “Daylite is a simple, elegant and versatile application that will help you manage your business from anywhere”.
Daylite is a cross-platform and cross-device application and it comes with a number of features like:
Organize your tasks and projects in a well-structured manner
Block off time for projects and tasks
Schedule future appointments
Take notes and make lists
Share files and documents with others
Set reminders and alerts
The application is pretty easy to use as it offers a number of features like:
You can create separate events for meetings, meetings and conferences. It also comes with a handy feature for adding attachments to those meetings. You can schedule those meetings using Daylite as well as invite people to those meetings and conferences and keep them updated about the progress through email and SMS.
You can create tasks and assign them to other members of the team or yourself. You can also assign multiple tasks to one person or team and you can prioritize those tasks as well. The application allows you to set due dates, reminders and deadlines for each task. Currently, Daylite supports three types of reminders namely. email, push notification and SMS.
The application also allows you to create recurring tasks which can be set for daily, weekly or monthly basis. The application allows you to set the recurrence for every task individually. So, you can set an event on specific days of the week while others on specific days of the month.
You can create separate projects where you can add new entries or tasks. You can also attach files, links or images to your new entries or tasks. You can also add more information about the project by adding comments, tags, categories etc. It allows you to schedule future appointments using Daylite. It has a number of useful features like. recurring appointments, email notification, SMS notification, location sharing etc.
The application also allows you to take notes on any particular project or task. You can add images of your handwritten notes to the notes. It also supports live syncing between your personal computer, mobile device and web browser so that you can stay on top of things wherever you are. It also allows you to share your notes on various social networks like Google+, Facebook, Twitter etc. You can also print your notes if required. According to its developers, “Daylite is the simplest way to get organized” (Daylite. It is pretty easy to use and navigate through. It also has an intuitive interface which makes navigation easy even if you are not that tech savvy. The application seems pretty spid when it comes to security as well. It allows you to set strong passwords for your account, encrypts all your data using AES-256 algorithm with multi-factor authentication so that only you have access to your account. The application also allows you to export your data in PDF format so that you don’t have to worry about losing your data even if something happens to your account or if somebody hacks into it. It does not sync all your data though. It syncs only notes, tasks, events etc which are created by you or assigned by you to somebody else in your team. If someone else creates an entry in Daylite then it does not get synced with your account automatically. You have to manually sync the entries in order to view them in your account. The application comes with a friendly user interface which makes creating new entries in your account quite simple. It does not come with too many options but still it is quite easy to navigate through them in order to create new entries in your account without having to go through too many screens or windows etc. However, sometimes it takes a little bit of time to load new windows or windows with large amount of information in them which slows down the process of creating new entries in your account in some cases. Some users have reported that they face issues with integrating their Daylite account with their Google accounts which means that they cannot get access to their Google calendars from their Daylite accounts which is kind of disappointing for some users who use these two applications frequently. Another thing that might bother users is that the application does not sync all your data automatically but instead it allows you to manually sync individual entries using the Synchronize button on the main screen of the application. This means that if someone else creates an entry in Daylite then it might be a little tricky for you to view that entry unless you sync it manually with the app via the Synchronize button on its main screen. The application also allows you to take notes on specific project/task/event etc but it does not allow you take notes on specific day/week/month etc which is kind of disappointing for users who would like such an option since such an option should be available in such an application given the fact that it is called ‘Daylite’ but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app. It would be nice if we could add descriptions/comments/tags/etc alongside each entry we create in our Daylite accounts but sadly such an option is missing from this app as well since this app does not support such feature despite the fact that it should have been available in an app called ‘Daylite’ but still that option is missing from this app which might bother some users who would have liked that option especially because it would have been quite useful when tracking projects/tasks/events etc but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly such an option isn’t available in this app which might be a little disappointing for users who might have expected such an option in this app but sadly Such options are missing from Daylite even though it should have been there given its name because most apps with similar names usually come with these options so let us hope that soon enough these options will become available on Daylite as well so that its developers can put all these options on board so that
