Daylite is a PHP based program that is designed to manage contacts, appointments, tasks and customer relationships. Daylite has a list of features that allow you to create events, create tasks, manage tasks, track time spent on tasks, manage customer information and much more. Daylite also allows users to not only create simple contact forms, but also complex forms with multiple questions and fields. Daylite can be used as an appointment scheduler, contact manager and task tracker all rpled into one. It is very customizable allowing the user to add or remove modules and customize them based on their needs. Daylite provides a lot of support online through their forum board and a community website. Daylite also has templates that can be downloaded at no cost. The free version of Daylite does have a few limitations such as the amount of users (5. and number of form submissions (20. These limits can be easily removed for a small fee. The full version of Daylite with no limits costs $149 and is available for download from their website. This program is mostly geared towards small businesses that have up to five employees or freelancers.

    Gravity Forms Review

Gravity Forms is a WordPress plug-in that can be downloaded from the official WordPress site. When installing Gravity Forms you will have to log in to your WordPress account and then install it like other WordPress plug-ins. Gravity Forms allows you to create forms on your WordPress site that can be embedded anywhere on your site. Gravity Forms has many features that allow you to create complex forms. Gravity Form has a lot of different field types including drop down menus, check boxes, radio buttons, text boxes, check boxes, password fields, file uploads and more. You can also add conditional logic to the form which makes it possible to customize how the form behaves based on how the user answers the questions. Gravity Forms is a very powerful top and it runs seamlessly right through your WordPress dashboard making it easy to use. Gravity Forms also includes custom CSS so that you can customize the look and feel of your forms to match your WordPress theme. Gravity Forms does not have any limitations as it is a fully functional plugin for free. It is recommended that you have some experience using WordPress before using this program as it does have a bit of a learning curve. In order to use Gravity Forms you must have WordPress installed on your website, I recommend using WordPress because it is a great platform that can be used for content management as well as blogging. If you don’t have WordPress you can use HTML to embed the form on your site if you are concerned about compatibility issues with plugins.

    Daylite and Gravity Forms Integration

Integrating Daylite and Gravity Forms is pretty straight forward once you get the hang of it. I will walk you through the whpe process in this article. First you need to sign up for an account with either Daylite or Gravity Forms and download the app. Then you need to create an account on Wordpress.org and install their “WordPressMU Domain Mapping” plug-in. This will allow you to map your domain name to your WordPress installation. You will need to log in to your cPanel account at GoDaddy and set up “auto-renewal” for your domain name so that it will stay registered with your registrar each year without manually renewing it each year. If you have never set up auto-renewal before I recommend reading my guide on “How To Set Up Auto-Renewal For Your Domain Name” before continuing with this article. After you activate the domain mapping plug-in there will be a new menu item called “Subdomains” under your WordPress dashboard settings menu where you can create subdomains for both Gravity Forms and Daylite. Click on the “Subdomains” option to create a subdomain for Gravity Forms under the domains section of your website dashboard while you are logged in as an administrator. Once you do this go back to http://www.gravityforms.com/daylite/index.php?r=addpage through your browser where you will see a form asking for your subdomain information including your email address and private key which can be found in your cPanel account under “Domains” > “Subdomains” > “Private Key” > “Edit” button next to the subdomain name that you just created. Once you enter all this information into the form click on the “Submit Subdomain Information” button at the bottom of the form and then go back to http://yourwebsite.com/subdomain/install where you should see a “Installation Complete” message along with the link to download the plugin files. Now go back to http://yourwebsite.com/subdomain/gravityforms/install where you should see another form asking for information about your website including its Name Server (DNS), Website URL, Email Address, Web Site Name, Security Question and Answer, Security Key (Password), Admin Email Address, Admin Username, Admin Password, Widget Enablement, Widget Style and a check box selecting whether or not you would like the plugin to prompt users when submitting forms asking if they would like emails from you or not with the option to choose if they want these messages sent weekly or monthly. Once you enter all this information into the form click on the “Submit Subdomain Information” button at the bottom of the form and then go back to http://yourwebsite.com/subdomain/gravityforms/install/ just like before where you should see another form asking for information about your website including its Name Server (DNS), Website URL, Email Address, Web Site Name, Security Question and Answer, Security Key (Password), Admin Email Address, Admin Username, Admin Password, Widget Enablement, Widget Style and a check box selecting whether or not you would like the plugin to prompt users when submitting forms asking if they would like emails from you or not with the option to choose if they want these messages sent weekly or monthly. Once you enter all this information into the form click on the “Submit Subdomain Information” button at the bottom of the form and then go back to http://yourwebsite.com/subdomain/ through your browser where you will see a form asking for your subdomain information including your email address and private key which can be found in your cPanel account under “Domains” > “Subdomains” > “Private Key” > “Edit” button next to the subdomain name that you just created. Once you enter all this information into the form click on the “Submit Subdomain Information” button at the bottom of the form and then go back to http://yourwebsite.com/subdomain/gravityforms/install/ where you should see another form asking for information about your website including its Name Server (DNS), Website URL, Email Address, Web Site Name, Security Question and Answer, Security Key (Password), Admin Email Address, Admin Username, Admin Password, Widget Enablement, Widget Style and a check box selecting whether or not you would like the plugin to prompt users when submitting forms asking if they would like emails from you or not with the option to choose if they want these messages sent weekly or monthly.
