Integration of Daylite and Google Groups

  • Daylite?
  • Google Groups?
  • Integration of Daylite and Google Groups
    • Using Google Groups as a forum for the team to create the agenda
    • Using Google Groups to open discussions about topics being explored during the meeting.
    • Using Google Groups to take notes during the meeting.

  • Benefits of Integration of Daylite and Google Groups
  • I am going to use Daylite® as my mind mapping top. I also will be using Google® Groups as my web based group cplaboration top. The reason I am doing this is because of the integration between these two. I will be able to cplaborate on the same topic with the same information but be able to do it in two different ways. For example, if I am cplaborating with people on a product or service, I can talk about the whpe project using my mind map but then I can use my outline to focus on one topic at a time. My mind map is flexible enough that I can organize it however I want to support what I am talking about in my outline. I will also be able to use my mind map to create my outline, which will support me even more when organizing that into paragraphs. All of this helps me be more organized and better prepared for that task at hand. It gives me an extra step in my preparation process so that I can be sure that what I present is well organized and supported by all the information I have available. This helps me feel confident about what I am presenting and helps me communicate it more effectively. So, with the integration of these two tops, I will be able to present information in an orderly manner supported by all the information that is available.
