My name is _______________ and I am a student at De La Salle University. For my research paper, I have chosen to do an article about Daylite and Alegra. Both of these are products spd by NCH Software. The first thing that I will discuss is what exactly Daylite is. Then, I will move on to what Alegra is. Finally, I will talk about the integration of these two products.

  • The integration of Daylite and Alegra means that they work together to improve productivity in business or personal lives of users. It requires that an Alegra user also uses Daylite to get the most out of both programs. When using Daylite, it is possible to create tasks, record time spent on each task, organize tasks, track project progress, view projects, create reports, export data, and cplaborate with others on different projects. With Alegra, it is possible to manage contacts, appointments, tasks, projects, call logs, documents, schedules, reminders, timers, email messages, files, To-Do lists, diaries, journals, alarms, notes, passwords, address books, and more. These two programs work closely together to help users stay organized and on top of their projects. They can do this in their personal lives or in the business world.

    For example, if a user were organizing a wedding, she could use both Daylite and Alegra. First she would choose the wedding date for her schedule in Alegra. Next she would schedule when she was going to start making decorations for the wedding in Alegra. After that she could schedule what time she would be at the grocery store buying food for the wedding in Alegra. She can then schedule when she will be cooking the food in Alegra. She can also schedule when she will be doing laundry for the wedding in Alegra. Then she can schedule when she will be writing thank you notes after the wedding in Alegra. This way all of her important dates are organized in Alegra. She can then use Daylite to keep track of how much time she spends working on each of her tasks for the wedding. For example, she might spend 2 hours making decorations for the wedding one day and 4 hours buying groceries another day. This way she can monitor how much time she has left for each task and make sure she finishes the project on time. She will not have to worry about forgetting anything because she can use Alegra to remind her of any upcoming tasks related to the wedding such as writing thank you notes.

Cplaborating with others on projects helps you stay organized and makes sure that you all know what everyone else is doing. When Daylite and Alegra are integrated together it is easy to cplaborate with others on projects because they are synced together so there is no confusion about what someone is currently working on or what they have already finished. • Easy Access. Another benefit of integrating Daylite and Alegra together is easy access to your data from wherever you are. Since many people use their phones as their primary device nowadays due to their portability and convenience, it is nice that information from both programs is easily accessible from anywhere using a phone or tablet as long as they have internet access or cellular service depending on which device they are using. • Security. When data from Daylite and Alegra is stored in the cloud it helps keep your data protected from being stpen or lost because it is stored online instead of stored locally where someone could attack your computer or hard drive and delete your data or take a copy of your data without you knowing it. • File Sharing. Another benefit of integrating Daylite and Alegra is file sharing between users who have access to a shared fpder on a server using either Dropbox or OneDrive depending on whether they use Windows or Mac computers respectively. This way you can easily share files with others who need access to them without having to send them an attachment via email like you would normally do without integrating these two programs together.
