This integration allows users to have access to custom dashboards that are created based on metrics provided by both Datadog and CloudTalk. These metrics are organized in different tabs which include; Instances Tab, Metrics Tab, Trends Tab, Environment Overview Tab and the Alerts Tab. These tabs allow users in Datadog to access metrics provided by CloudTalk along with metrics provided by Datadog. Users will be able to access custom dashboards for each metric in these tabs for ease of access when viewing information in that particular tab.
