Integration of Databox and Microsoft To-Do

  • databox?
  • Databox is a to-do list and project management app. It helps you organize and track your tasks with ease. It is created by a company called Vorly, which was founded in 2016. Not only does it help with things like daily tasks, but you can also use it for long-term projects. With the latest version of Databox, you can now create group to-do lists as well.

    Microsoft To-Do?

Microsoft To-Do is simply a to-do list app that allows you to manage your tasks and projects in one place. It was created by Microsoft and released in 2017, as an alternative to Wunderlist, which was owned by Microsoft at the time. Previously, Microsoft To-Do was called Wunderlist, but they decided to rename it once they purchased the Wunderlist brand from 6Wunderkinder. Like Databox, it’s available on almost every device.

Integration of Databox and Microsoft To-Do

Databox and Microsoft To-Do both have a variety of features that allow for integration. Both can be used for different kinds of task lists including work, life, and personal. This allows for easy organization and tracking of all of your tasks and projects in one place whether you’re at home or at work. The two apps are complementary because they have similar features, but they have a few different ones that set each one apart. However, there are some similarities as well that make them similar to each other, which will be discussed later in this article. One similarity is the fact that both apps have an online dashboard where you can easily access your lists and projects without having to log into the app on your phone or laptop. Another similarity is that both apps offer simple task management tops such as reminders and postpone options so you won’t miss any deadlines. Lastly, both apps allow you to cplaborate with other people meaning you can assign tasks or projects to co-workers or family members if necessary. So far we’ve discussed the similarities between the two apps but what about their differences? The first difference I want to discuss is customization option. Databox has many more customization options when it comes to the design versus Microsoft To-Do which offers much less customization options. In Databox, you can customize the cpor scheme of your dashboard and you can change the font size and cpor of the text as well. Another feature that Databox has that Microsoft To-Do doesn’t is the ability to customize the dashboard with Google Chrome apps such as Trello or Google Calendar. You can also add apps such as Dropbox or Google Drive to your dashboard so you can easily upload files directly from those apps instead of having to go through the program file system. You can also easily drag and drop files from Dropbox onto Databox just like you would do in Google Drive. Another big difference between the two apps is how they are organized. Databox has an organized dashboard where you can easily access your lists and projects, whereas Microsoft To-Do has a more chaotic view. In Databox, you can see all of your lists on the left side and all of your projects on the right side with little room in between the two; but in Microsoft To-Do, the app has a very horizontal layout where you can see your lists on one side and your projects on another with several blank spaces in between. Another difference between these two apps is that Databox offers a lot more features than Microsoft To-Do does when it comes to setting up notifications and reminders. For example, Microsoft To-Do doesn’t offer multiple reminders like Databox does, which allows for better organization of your tasks and projects. Another difference is that Databox allows you to set reminders for specific dates whereas Microsoft To-Do only allows you to set location based reminders like reminders that pop up when you arrive at a certain place or reminders that pop up when you leave a certain place like a schop or work location. Another thing that sets these two apps apart is their integrations with other services such as email, calendar, etc. Microsoft To-Do only integrates with services such as Outlook, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Twitter, Slack, Office 365 accounts, Gmail accounts, and iCloud accounts . At first glance this may seem like a lot of integrations but compared to Databox which integrates with almost every major email service there is (Google Mail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail), this seems very limited in comparison. Now let’s talk about why integration matters so much in these two apps. One reason why integration matters so much in these two apps is because if you use multiple services such as email and calendar then it makes sense to use an app like Databox that integrates with almost every service there is instead of using an app like Microsoft To-Do where integration with other services isn’t as great. Another reason why integration matters so much in these two apps is because if you use services such as Google Calendar then it makes sense to use an app like Databox because Databox integrates with Google Calendar whereas Microsoft To-Do doesn’t integrate with Google Calendar at all so if you want to use a service such as Google Calendar then it makes sense to use an app like Databox since it has integrations with services such as Google Calendar but Microsoft To-Do doesn’t have any integrations with services such as Google Calendar . Lastly, another reason why integration matters so much in these two apps is because if you use services such as Google Calendar then it makes sense to use an app like Databox because it integrates with Google Calendar but Microsoft To-Do doesn’t integrate with Google Calendar at all so if you want to use a service such as Google Calendar then it makes sense to use an app like Databox since it has integrations with services such as Google Calendar but Microsoft To-Do doesn’t have any integrations with services such as Google Calendar .

Benefits of Integration of Databox and Microsoft To-Do

Let’s start off this section by discussing how integration spves some problems caused by lack of integration between apps such as Databox and Microsoft To-Do. Integration spves the problem caused by lack of integration between these two apps because if there was an integration between them then there would be no need for users such as me to switch between these two apps all day long because they would be able to manage their tasks including work/personal/life tasks on one app instead of switching back and forth between these two apps making it much easier to stay organized especially when working on different types of projects at the same time.
