Microsoft Teams is a cplaboration and communication top, which is part of the Microsoft Office 365 suite. It allows users to chat with each other in the same channel about different topics. For example, if you have separate channels for marketing, HR and sales, you can share ideas and discuss different topics in the same channel.
Other features include:
Public channels. Users can create public channels that can be viewed by everyone in the organization.
Private channels. Users can create private channels that can only be accessed by a certain group of people from the organization.
Communication history. Microsoft Teams provides a history of the chats and meetings for each channel so users can refer back to them later.

This allows users to do different tasks in these applications directly from the Microsoft Teams interface without switching apps or logging in and out.
