In the current era, data is becoming more and more important. A lot of different kinds of data are stored in our devices. Data can be anything including text, images, and videos. We store this data in our devices like computers or smart phones to use it later in the future. But when we try to access our data later, we cannot always find what we want. It may be because we do not remember where the data is, or the file has been lost because of an accident.
Databox is a technpogy that helps us manage and organize all of our data easily and efficiently. Databox enables us to view, edit, and delete files quickly and easily on any of your devices. This is possible because Databox uses a cloud computing system called Firebase Cloud Storage. Firebase Cloud Storage is a free service provided by Google for developers to upload their data. This storage system provides a simpler way to manage files on internet-connected devices like computers and smart phones. Databox stores all of your files on Firebase Cloud Storage in its cloud storage system. Then, when you want to view or edit any document on your computer or mobile device, Databox pulls your file from the cloud storage system and shows it to you.
Firebase Cloud Storage also allows developers to create an app that can edit your files easily like Databox does. You can choose which app you want to use for your documents by default on every device. So, you can use Databox on one device but choose another app to use when you want to edit documents on another device.
Firebase Cloud Storage is a new kind of cloud storage service provided by Google only for developers. Cloud storage means that everything you store online is saved in a network of servers (computers. connected to the Internet. These servers are very useful because users can access their information from anywhere at any time as long as they are connected to the Internet and have proper authentication. For example, Google Drive allows users to edit spreadsheets and documents from anywhere even without being connected to the Internet if the documents are hosted on Google servers. However, Firebase Cloud Storage is different from Google Drive because it is only available for developers who develop apps that use Firebase Cloud Storage. So, instead of having a complicated and expensive server infrastructure setup, developers can use Firebase Cloud Storage to provide online services with much less cost. It also makes it easier for developers because they do not need to maintain their own servers anymore and just focus on making their apps work right.
Firebase Cloud Storage provides a simple REST API based on HTTP protocp so that developers can easily write code and manage their application using Firebase Cloud Storage without worrying about low level details like connection management or authorization. The API supports both public and private file hosting that can be accessed by anyone via URL or authenticated applications via authenticated URLs. Firebase Cloud Storage also provides SDKs for many programming languages like Java, Python, NodeJS, etc., so that developers can easily integrate their application with Firebase Cloud Storage within minutes even if they do not know how to program in those languages.
Databox integrates with Firebase Cloud Storage so that users can easily store and retrieve their documents through Databox’s web application or mobile application without worrying about the complexity of managing files on Firebase Cloud Storage’s servers behind the scene. When users log in to Databox’s web application or mobile application, Databox will check whether the user already has a project created from Databox’s web application or mobile application in case the user did not create the project through Databox’s website or mobile application. If there is no project found, then a new project will be created using the user’s email address as its unique ID. Databox will also automatically add some predefined fpders like “Documents”, “Pictures”, etc., in order to simplify organizing files for most users before they start uploading files manually. Files will be stored under “Documents” fpder initially when users upload documents through Databox’s web application or mobile application unless users choose another fpder to store them at first place instead of Documents fpder. However, users can change these fpders anytime by clicking on the icon “Change Fpder” button located at the top right corner of the screen in Databox’s web application or mobile application.
Databox will then start looking for any existing projects in this email account if there are any other projects created before by this user through Databox’s website or mobile application instead of creating new projects each time users log into either website or mobile applications for the first time. In case when there is no other existing project found in this email account then a new project will be created using the unique ID given by Databox for each new project created by a user and using the same unique ID as the name for this new project when users tried to create a new project through either website or mobile applications for the first time during this login session with this email account. Databox will also add some predefined fpders like “Documents”, “Pictures”, etc., in order to simplify organizing files for most users before they start uploading files manually. Files will be stored under “Documents” fpder initially when users upload documents through Databox’s website or mobile application unless users choose another fpder to store them at first place instead of Documents fpder. However, users can change these fpders anytime by clicking on the icon “Change Fpder” button located at the top right corner of the screen in Databox’s website or mobile application if needed. After doing these initial steps, Databox will then show all the uploaded files on screen in both website and mobile applications after users click on “View Files” button located at the top right corner of the screen in either website or mobile applications if there are any uploaded files at that time since they last logged in to either website or mobile applications with this email account if needed while generating an interface like the image below that includes File Explorer with all uploaded files listed under “Documents” fpder when users click on File Explorer button located at the top left corner of File Explorer in either website or mobile applications:
It may be confusing at first time when multiple projects are created using one email address because this email address is given as a unique ID for each project created by users with this email address through either website or mobile applications when users tried to create a project for the first time during this login session with this email address through either website or mobile applications for example if users tried to create two projects using this email address then these two projects will be with two different emails like “[email protected]/project1” and “[email protected]/project2” respectively when they are created by databox but they will share one common unique ID “[email protected]” so you can see these two emails together when you get all projects list from databox later on if you click on “Get All Projects List” button located at the top right corner of the screen in either website or mobile applications:
The idea behind creating multiple projects using one email address is to make sure that all data stored on each project will be accessed via only one email address by default at any time so that users don't have to worry about getting permission several times again if they want to access multiple projects from different devices at once because there is only one email address provided for each project by default regardless which device users use in order to access any projects created by them through either website or mobile applications at any time later when they wanted to access their projects from different devices later on even if they have multiple accounts shared with multiple devices connected to one account like Gmail account with all other accounts from other services like Yahoo Mail & Twitter account among others where they have shared with all devices connected to their Gmail account among others which they used frequently otherwise they can enter wrong credentials frequently since there are no way of knowing which device they used last time when logging into their accounts from different devices later on:
This also ensures that every device connected to one account will access all data from one project and none of them failed due to permission issues because each project shared with one email address has its own unique password so it's impossible for anyone trying to hack all projects from your account while also ensuring that every person who tries to hack your account won't get access to all
