Once you have imported the tasks, they will be available in your Smartsheet project for further action. For instance, if you want to mark a task as complete in Data247.com then you can simply go back to your Smartsheet project and mark the task as complete there. So, it is better to add tasks from Data247.com into a Smartsheet project so that you do not have to worry about managing multiple logins for different sites. Now let's have a look at how we can import tasks from Data247.com into a Smartsheet project:
Step 1. In order to import tasks from Data247.com into a Smartsheet project, first log in to your Smartsheet account here. https://www.smartsheet.com/signup/.
Step 2. Once you are logged into your account, click on the "New Project" button given at the top right corner of the screen, as shown in figure 1 below:

Here, you need to select the file that you wish to import into your project (as shown in figure 5 above. Once you have uploaded all files that you wish to import into your project, click on "Create". This will take you back to your project dashboard (shown in figure 7 below). Figure 7. On clicking on "Integration Settings", a new window will open which will show a list of all of the applications that are currently connected with your Smartsheet account (as shown in figure 12 below. From here, click on "Connect another application" (located at the bottom of the page. and another window will open prompting you to enter the web address or API key for connecting Data247.com with Smartsheet, as shown in figure 13 below. A new window will open which shows you an authentication code that is required for connecting Data247.com with Smartsheet (as shown in figure 14 below. Now that all steps have been completed successfully, you should see an integration status message like that displayed in figure 15 below indicating that Data247.com has been integrated successfully with Smartsheet.
