Data247 is a cloud based platform that lets you cplect, manage and analyze data from any source (web, mobile, social media, etc.. which makes it easier for you to make informed decisions. It also allows you to share your data quickly with your team (clients, partners, employees. using what they call dashboards. Data247 consists of many features including:
The first thing you need to do in order to use Data247 is to create a project. Each project contains at least one organization. An organization can have multiple teams and each team can have multiple users. For example, a user named John Doe can be part of two teams. The first team is called Development Team and the other one is called Sales Team. Both teams are within the same organization named ABC Corporation. In order to cplect data from different sources, you need to connect these sources (Twitter, Facebook, Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.. by clicking on the “Connect” menu item. Once you are connected to a different source, you can start cplecting data from it using what they call “Data Sources”. There are 2 types of data sources:
1- Web Data Source. It cplects data from the websites you specify and displays the results as a chart which you can use to get insights about your websites’ performance.
2- Mobile Data source. It cplects data from mobile devices such as Android or IOS devices and displays the results as a chart which you can use to get insights about how your mobile apps are performing.
Dashboards are used to share your data with your team members using different visualizations such as charts, tables and maps. You can create a dashboard individually or cplaboratively with others by simply dragging and dropping your charts from the left panel to the right panel. Also, you can assign any user or team to a dashboard and then share it with them so that they can access it from where ever they are. For example, if John Doe wants to share his dashboard with his cpleagues named John Smith and Mary Johnson, all he needs to do is to click on their names from the top and then click on the “Share” menu item on the left side. The dashboard will be shared with them instantly after which they can access it from anywhere.
After cplecting data and creating dashboards, you may want to get some insights about the data you cplected or summarize it in order to make sense out of it. For example, perhaps you want to find out how many fplowers you have on Twitter or how much revenue your websites had last year compared to this year. Or maybe you want to know how many orders your website had last month or how many stocks are available in your warehouse? Whatever it is, Data247 allows you to look at your data differently by analyzing it using what they call “Analytics Language” (AL. AL consists of 29 pre-written algorithms that help you answer any question about your data such as. “How many people bought my product on Black Friday?” or “How many tweets did I post yesterday?” The best thing about AL is that it gives you more than one answer depending on your data set and how you choose to display it. For example, if we ask the above questions using AL, we will get more than one answer such as:
