Lately, it seems that the internet has become the most popular way to contact companies for customer service. I have found that there are certain companies that provide excellent customer service over the internet, and others that do not.

When contacting a company for customer service, I like the option of talking to an actual person, but sometimes this is simply not possible. When I need to send an email, I like to be able to communicate with someone who can help me make my decision, who can help me navigate through the site, and who can help me spve the problem I am having.

I recently came across two companies that offer customer service via email. One is Customerly, and the other is Zoho Mail. These two sites are similar in that they both allow their customers to contact them via email. The difference between these two websites is that Customerly offers live chat during business hours, while Zoho Mail allows you to email them directly.

  • Customerly is a free service that does not require you to register for their website. This site allows you to connect your Google or Yahoo account with their system so that you can contact them via live chat or email directly.

    Not only do they offer live chat during standard business hours, but they also offer live chat on evenings and weekends. They offer live chat even on the weekend! If you do not want to use live chat, or if it is not available at the time you want to contact them, you can always send an email. Their customer service representatives will respond to you within 24 hours.

    Once you sign up for Customerly, you can easily connect your Google or Yahoo account to their website. Once this is done, you can click on the link that says “Let Customerly Call You” on their homepage. This link will take you directly to the Google or Yahoo chat page. As soon as you are connected with Customerly, a representative will immediately assist you with any questions you may have.

    You are not limited to only contacting Customerly on the weekends. You can contact them on any day of the week, including on the weekend.

    Zoho Mail is an online web-based email system that allows you to send and receive emails from your own web-based email account. It is free for unlimited users. Zoho Mail does not require registration for their website. Instead, they provide you with your own username and password that allows you to log into their website directly. You do not have to go through any type of registration process except for creating your username and password. After you have logged into your account, you are immediately able to send emails to your contacts and access your email messages.

If your request is urgent, it is more likely that they will respond sooner than 48 hours after receiving your request.
