Users will be able to customize their alerts like. customize the headline, customize the body content and customize the sound (or vibration. that will be played when the alert arrives. Once the user completes customization of the alert he/she can simply click on ‘Create an alert’ button and it will automatically get posted into Customerly database. From there on you will be able to see your alerts in Customerly dashboard or in your email inbox. You can also download your alerts in CSV format so you can easily import them into Excel or other software. There will also be an option to delete specific alerts if you don’t want them anymore.
