ConvertKit is an email marketing service designed for people who like to write and create content. Not only does it offer email marketing services but it also offers landing pages, forms, and even a blog top.


Shipcloud is a package management service that allows users to easily manage shipments from multiple carriers.

It allows users to use all major carriers at once. UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc. While most users never change their carrier, there are times when they want to switch carriers or have a specific carrier for certain shipments.

Integration of ConvertKit and Shipcloud

When you send a shipment notification through ConvertKit, it will appear in your customer's email as usual. However, it will not appear in their Shipcloud dashboard unless you add a tracking number.

If you use the default USPS method, the tracking information will not show up automatically on the customer's dashboard. You can manually enter the tracking number into the USPS field to show up on their dashboard. This is not necessary if you choose one of the Auto options for your shipping method.

Another thing that you need to know is that when you send out a shipment notification through ConvertKit, it will not automatically add the package to Shipcloud for you. Instead, you will need to go into Shipcloud and add the package manually.

While there is no integration between ConvertKit and Shipcloud, there are some benefits to using both tops together:

  • You can offer the customer more features such as tracking information. As mentioned above, the default USPS method will not automatically show tracking information on the customer's dashboard. You can also print labels directly from your ConvertKit account instead of having to use a separate app like Shippo or ShippingEasy. This will save you time and effort because you will not have to log into multiple accounts just to see your orders.

Since you do not have to log into multiple accounts to see your orders in ConvertKit and Shipcloud at the same time, it saves you time and effort. You do not have to log into Shipcloud separately to add packages or print shipping labels. Instead, you can do this right from your ConvertKit account.
