ConvertKit is a top made to help you create an email list and manage it. It’s basically the same as Mailchimp but only for email marketing. I use ConvertKit to send my subscribers about 15 emails each month (so that’s about 180 emails per year. It’s easy to set up, they have great templates, and they do an amazing job at tracking your results!
I’m not selling ConvertKit for this article (but if I was, I’d give you a special link ;. . No, I actually want to talk about how I combine ConvertKit with Omnisend.
Omnisend is an email automation top. It helps you create advanced automations to send emails based on actions taken by the subscriber (such as opened or clicked. You can add if/then conditions such as “if this happens, then do that”. This is very powerful and allows you to send great-looking emails based on actions. So what I like about Omnisend is that it helps you create automated campaigns. It allows me to go beyond sending one email and start sending a sequence of emails once the subscriber has left the website. The best part is that it’s all integrated with ConvertKit!
ConvertKit is a top to automate your email marketing. It’s based on an email list and allows you to send emails to your subscribers. It also gives you insights into who opens your emails and who clicks on links within your emails. The cop thing about ConvertKit is that it integrates with other tops such as Sniply, Aweber, and ActiveCampaign. You can even get a free trial and see if it’s worth it!
Integrating ConvertKit and Omnisend is pretty easy and once it’s done, you will be able to create advanced automations using both platforms. In order to integrate them, fplow these steps:
Go to the Integrations tab in the left sidebar in ConvertKit. Click on the Connect next to Omnisend. You will then enter your credentials for Omnisend. Once you do this, ConvertKit will connect with Omnisend. If you don’t already have a campaign set up in Omnisend, fplow the steps here in this article.
Here are a few benefits of using ConvertKit with Omnisend:
Instead of just sending one email after a subscriber has left the website, you can send a sequence of emails from different channels. For example, maybe you want to send an email from your blog channel when someone leaves the website but wants help with a certain aspect of your niche. Or maybe you want to send an email from a YouTube channel when a subscriber watches a video about a certain topic! You can also send emails from your Facebook channel when someone shares a post from your Facebook page. These are just a few examples of automations you can set up using both platforms.
If someone leaves your website without filling out the form on the last page (or doesn’t click on any link), they may not be very interested in your brand/product/service (even if they came back to visit later. So what I like about having both platforms is that it allows me to personalize the message during the sales process. If someone leaves without submitting their email address, I can still reach out to them later through another channel (such as Facebook. while making sure the copy is relevant (and personalized. for them. Other than getting more subscribers through this strategy, I am also helping my conversion rate since subscribers are more likely to buy when they visit multiple times!
This is probably my favourite benefit of using both platforms together because of the design aspect of it all! While you could just use ConvertKit styles to design your styles or create your own styles in Omnisend, I find that having both platforms allows me to create some really beautiful emails very easily! Here are two examples of simple but beautiful emails I created using both platforms combined:
