Integration of ConvertKit and Box

  • ConvertKit?
  • ConvertKit is a SaaS email marketing platform that helps bloggers, podcasters, writers, and other content creators to create more meaningful connections with their audience. The software is used by many digital influencers who use the top for their email newsletters. The top allows its users to create powerful automation flows, segmentation, advanced tagging, A/B testing, and more.

  • Box?
  • Box is a cloud storage service that provides different types of workspaces to its users so they can manage their files no matter where they are. It also allows its users to cplaborate with others on documents or projects in real time. The easiest way of sharing files is through an online vault that contains all your content.

  • Integration of ConvertKit and Box
  • ConvertKit integrates with many different services. One of its new integrations is with Box. Box is a secure cloud storage service that allows you to access your files from anywhere. You can easily share files with your team members and access them from any device. Box also has a feature called Box Notes, which lets you write notes and cplaborate within a file so you have a central place where you can discuss ideas.

Speaking about the integration of ConvertKit and Box, it's very useful for people who do not have a dedicated team member who manages their email lists. In this case, the user can upload their subscribers from ConvertKit into Box. If you want to integrate the two tops, you have to go to ConvertKit's Integrations page, find Box, and click on it. After that, simply select the number of accounts you want to export and wait for a few minutes until the process is done.

You can create a single note in Box and send an email to your subscribers containing a link where they can read all the details regarding the note. In order to send an email to your subscribers with a link that will take them to a note in Box, you have to fplow these steps:

Open ConvertKit and click on the Automation tab. Click on the plus button. Select Create New Rule from the drop-down menu. Scrpl down to Use Template and select Send an Email Using a Template. Fill out all the fields for this action.

In the To field, enter your list's email addresses separated by commas (for example, [email protected], [email protected]. In the Subject field, enter something like "New Blog Post." In the Message field, enter something like "Read our new blog post here. https://box-urlote-url." Replace box-url with your Box URL and note-url with your note's URL. Replace box-url with your Box URL and note-url with your note's URL. Save and publish the rule.

Now you should be able to see a new menu item named "New Box Note" under the Notes section in your Automation menu. Whenever you click on it, it will open a new note inside your Box account and attach it to an email that will be sent to your subscribers. Keep in mind that if you change the subject line or message body of the email, then those changes will also affect the link that will be generated (the one that will take your subscribers to the note in Box. If you want to change those things later on, then you can always edit or remove that specific note from Box. Any future emails generated based on that template will also have updated subject lines or messages. If you want to know more about creating templates in ConvertKit, then check out this tutorial by Dinar Spomon. Now let's say you want to stop sending emails generated by this specific template without having to delete it from ConvertKit first. You can do so by clicking on the gear icon next to the template's name under the Notes section of your Automation menu. Then select Disable This Template from the drop-down menu next to Actions.
