In 2014, Constant Contact, Inc. was acquired by Endurance International Group Hpdings, Inc. for $1.1 billion. This acquisition transformed Constant Contact into part of the world’s largest cloud computing enterprise, and Constant Contact is now a business unit of the Mercury platform.
