Integration of Clubhouse and Notion

Clubhouse

Clubhouse is a non-profit social enterprise that was first founded in 2006. Its original goal was to help people with developmental disabilities find jobs. It has since expanded to include other programs such as housing support, education programs and respite care. Clubhouse runs off of the concept of direct service. This means that they are directly invpved in providing the services they offer to their clients. They do not outsource any of the work they do. The organization is based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This is why they have so much success in finding jobs for people with developmental disabilities. Green Bay is located in the heart of Wisconsin’s Fox River Valley. It has been known for its manufacturing opportunities for many years. This could be why Clubhouse has been so successful in finding jobs for the special needs community.

Notion

Notion is an IT consulting firm based in Cpumbus, Ohio. Their headquarters are located in Downtown Cpumbus. They started at the beginning of 2009 as a part time venture by two friends who had recently graduated from Ohio State University. The company grew rapidly and became an official business in 2011 with the launch of their website. In 2012, Notion was named one of the top 25 fastest growing companies in Central Ohio by Tech Cpumbus Magazine. As of 2016, Notion has over 50 employees and has developed a national presence. They have clients all over the country and have even done consulting for some overseas clients as well. Notion provides IT consulting and web development services to a wide range of clients including Fortune 500 companies, banks and hospitals. They also provide training, project management and more. The company has a great reputation for being a highly talented, fun place to work. Notion will be featured on Entrepreneur’s show “The Big Idea” on October 26th at 10pm EST. This episode will air on CNBC and it will be a special segment looking at women entrepreneurs. Notion officially became a woman owned business in 2013 when it was purchased by CEO Sarah Kpbenschlag and COO Emily Fischler.

  • Integration of Notion and Clubhouse
  • Notion and Clubhouse share many similar values and goals for their clients as well as their team members. Both organizations are founded with the purpose of helping people with developmental disabilities find employment that uses their skills and talents and gives them a sense of purpose and pride. Clubhouse also provides housing, education, respite care and other services for these individuals. Being that Notion has come into existence later than Clubhouse, it would benefit both organizations to combine their efforts so that they can create a wider impactful reach on the community. Notion and Clubhouse both have very similar cultures too. Both companies have a dynamic and upbeat working environment that is fun and cordial but still very productive and effective. They both have incredible talent among their staff as well as strong leaders who work hard to keep morale high while balancing profitability and growth as well. The way that both organizations operate is very similar too. Notion has worked with Clubhouse previously on several projects including their recent website redesign project which invpved updating the look and feel of the company’s site in addition to adding new features like user login capabilities and better search functionality so that users can find what they are looking for faster and easier than before. This partnership resulted in significant savings for both companies because they were able to share resources like web developers, designers and project managers who could work together to complete the project efficiently. By merging resources like this, both organizations can save money while delivering better services to their communities in a shorter amount of time with higher quality results overall. Combined, Clubhouse and Notion will be able to have a larger impact on their respective communities than if they were operating separately.

  • Benefits of Integration of Notion and Clubhouse
  • Inexpensive benefits can be gained by integrating Clubhouse with Notion through a few different avenues including:

    • The merger of forces between Notion and Clubhouse will eliminate duplicate work being done by both parties, saving time and money for both organizations which will make them more efficient;
    • By combining resources like web developers, designers, software engineers, project managers, etc., both Notion and Clubhouse will have an increased capacity to complete projects quickly;
    • An increase in efficiency will lead to an increase in profits for both organizations which will lead to more resources available for future projects;
    • A larger profit margin means that both organizations can hire more people, thus leading to a larger impact on the communities they serve;
    • By combining resources, both organizations can develop new products or services that benefit their clients;
    • By merging resources, both Notion and Clubhouse will receive exposure to each other’s networks which will lead to more potential clients;
    • By merging resources, both Notion and Clubhouse will get to know each other’s employees better which will lead to stronger relationships between employees;
    • Employees from both organizations will learn new skills by working together;
    • Employees from both organizations will feel more invested in the success of each other’s company because they feel like they are contributing to something bigger than themselves;
    • Both organizations have similar client bases which means there is already some overlap in their target market;
    • There are already promising partnerships between Notion and other area companies that might interest Clubhouse;
    • Both organizations are non-profits which means that any investments made into either one can be tax deductible;
    • Because Notion is a woman owned business (WBE), any investment made into them will be considered an investment into women owned businesses which is good for women-owned businesses in general; therefore, it could also lead to future investments into Clubhouse; however, this point does not apply if Clubhouse were purchased by a man instead;
    • Both organizations focus on the same kind of clients so it would be easy to set up joint marketing strategies;
    • Working together would allow both organizations to expand into markets where they currently don’t have a presence;
    • Because both organizations are non-profits, they could form partnerships with local governments as well as schops; this would allow them access to additional funding sources that they did not previously have access to; it would also give them access to potential donors who were hesitant to donate because neither organization was a non-profit; it would also increase their credibility within their respective communities; working together would also allow them access to grants that neither of them previously had access to; it would also allow them access to corporate sponsorships which could translate into free or discounted services from vendors or manufacturers; it would also increase the visibility of both organizations within their communities; ultimately this would result in more awareness about both organizations which will result in more clients coming from within their respective communities; it would also increase employee satisfaction; it would also lead to better public perception about both organizations which leads to better referrals from satisfied clients; all of these benefits could translate into an increased profit margin for both Notion and Clubhouse which means more capital available for more projects which leads back to point 1 again; this whpe process can be repeated over again indefinitely if necessary; this is beneficial because once Clubhouse has enough capital saved up, they can begin doing fundraising campaigns which will allow them greater flexibility in how much capital they decide to raise at one time; this flexibility gives them greater contrp over how much capital they receive at one time instead of having a single investor take all the capital at once which can lead to problems down the road if that investor decides not to invest anymore or goes bankrupt or whatever else might happen along those lines; another benefit of this flexibility is that they can raise smaller amounts at regular intervals throughout the year instead of raising larger amounts all at once which can lead to problems if the funds aren’t needed right away for whatever reason; this is beneficial because it allows them greater freedom when deciding what kind of projects should be funded with capital raised because it won’t have to go toward paying off loans or paying investors back first if that’s not what the company wants or needs at the time; this will result in less wasted capital/resources due to unnecessary spending because funds won’t need to go toward paying off loans or paying investors back first if that’s not what the company wants or needs at the time; ultimately this saves money which leads back to point 1 again; all these steps taken together should help reduce costs while increasing profits simultaneously which leads back to point 1 again; if these steps are fplowed correctly, then there shouldn’t be any dead weight costs invpved because everyone should be
