Access the full power of Freshworks CRM from within Clubhouse;
Sync leads and opportunities from Freshworks CRM directly into Clubhouse so users can get a complete view of their pipeline in one place;
Use both tops together to manage tasks, set up team reminders, organize projects, process orders, share files, cplaborate with coworkers, use intelligent notifications to stay informed about what’s happening in their accounts, and more!
It’s super easy to do; It’s super fast; There’s no additional cost.
Automate workflows—For example, you can create a custom workflow in Freshworks CRM based on a new lead being created in Clubhouse. You could then automatically send an email to your lead asking them if they are interested in an upcoming webinar based on their company type (Freshworks knows all kinds of information about your lead!), or even update your lead’s status within Freshworks CRM if they haven’t responded yet (e.g., mark “interested” if they respond positively. Send targeted notifications—You could also send targeted notifications (for example, based on user status settings. to specific groups within your customer base using triggers within Clubhouse combined with actions within Freshworks CRM (e.g., send an email notification to customers who subscribe to your newsletter or mark them as “interested” if they respond positively. Create custom workflows—Since both products offer workflow functionality there is endless potential for customization and automation here! For example. You can create a workflow specifically for your lead generation campaign where once your sales rep creates a “Contacted Prospect” task in Clubhouse (which we call a “warm contact”. he/she would automatically receive a notification saying “Congrats! Your lead has been converted into a warm contact!” Then if another sales rep needs help closing that opportunity down the line she/he could send that same lead via email an automated welcome message stating “We just learned about your interest in X product! Would you like us to reach out” You can even extend these types of integrations further by sending a receipt confirmation email directly from Freshworks after a purchase is made through your store via a trigger action. Update your client list automatically—This is one of my favorite integrations! Once you link up your client list from Freshworks into Clubhouse you can then use Clubhouse tasks as triggers for updates within your client list within Freshworks. For example. If a client has already been assigned to a team member who is no longer at your company you can create a task called “Update Client List” which will then update that client record once it has been marked as completed. Or let’s say you have a client who has been with your company for 3 years—you can create a task called “3 Year Anniversary Task” which will update the date fields within your client list once it has been marked as completed! There are lots of other scenarios as well where you could use this type of task as a trigger point within Clubhouse which then updates your client list within Freshworks automatically. Or let’s say you have clients who have been referred from other clients—you could create a task called “Client Referral Task” which would then update the “Referral Source” field within your client list once it has been marked as completed! These are just some examples; there are many similar types of integrations you can do between Clubhouse tasks (which are built-in. and Freshworks CRM (which comes with hundreds of pre-built actions)! Use tasks as trigger points—Rather than using pre-built actions within FreshWorks CRM (which is what I described above), you can also use existing tasks within Clubhouse as triggers for workflows (or even other tasks. within FreshWorks CRM! For example. You might want to create a workflow that runs once
