In November 2016, CloudTalk announced integrated Google Hangout functionality with Wealthbox. The integration enables users of both products to conduct group meetings using Google Hangouts. The integration brings together the unique feature set of both products and combines them into one seamless experience for users. This added functionality will allow users to provide direct support and upsell opportunities anytime and anywhere, even while away from the office. Both CloudTalk and Wealthbox can be integrated with Gmail and Google Calendar. CloudTalk also allows users to add contacts from Gmail directly into the interface by importing emails from Gmail to avoid having duplicate contacts. Users can use both product's calendar/scheduling features to schedule calls across both applications.
