Thereafter, search for CloudTalk in the Search Box and click on the Connect button.

Click Install under the Integration Details tab. This will create an entry in the list of installed integrations.

To configure the integration, go to Settings > Account Settings > Server Settings > User Permissions > External Applications.

Now, make a new external application by clicking on New Application Name under the External Applications tab.

Then, enter a name for your application and click Save. Once you save this application, a new entry will appear under the External Application list.

Again, click on the Back button and go to the Apps section under the Workflow Processing tab. Select your newly created application and click Configure.

Then, click on Edit under the OAuth Client ID section. A pop-up box should appear wherein you have to enter your OAuth Client ID and Client Secret Key. These two things will be provided by CloudTalk support team. Once entered, click on Save Changes.

Finally, go back to your External Applications tab again and then select your external application from the list of applications installed in SugarCRM. So, now you have successfully integrated CloudTalk with SugarCRM.
