Integration of CloudTalk and Calendly

CloudTalk is an enterprise-grade web conferencing and online meetings platform that provides the best online meetings experience. It allows users to meet online, cplaborate in real time, and share content with ease. Currently, CloudTalk supports online meeting room scheduling using its integration with Calendly.

Free viewers, on the other hand, can schedule meetings in two ways. They can schedule meetings in CloudTalk’s online meeting rooms or in the Calendly event builder. When scheduling a meeting in CloudTalk, the organizer has to create a meeting room in the application before they are able to schedule the meeting. This means the meeting room is automatically created in both applications when scheduling a meeting. For free users, however, there is no need to create a calendar in Calendly. The organizer only needs to enter the details of the meeting in the Calendly event builder. The event will then automatically be created in both applications.

  • Integration of CloudTalk and Calendly
  • The CloudTalk server will recognize Calendly’s event when it is created by a free user. When this occurs, the CloudTalk server will automatically create a meeting room in your CloudTalk account. This means you can use it not only to schedule meetings but also for online meetings. There are various ways to do this:

    • If you’ve already created a meeting room, for example, “My Home Office,” you can select it as your “Online Meeting Room” and provide additional information such as the name, address, and map pin location. This way, when the organizer schedules a meeting via Calendly, you’ll be able to see the details about the meeting and attend it directly from your calendar app (e.g. Google Calendar.
    • You can also create a new meeting room and set it as your “Online Meeting Room” for this purpose. Then give it a custom name such as “Online Meetings with Kari.” Also, make sure you select which hours your “Online Meeting Room” is available for meetings so the organizer knows when the room is available for sessions.
    • At any time during your session, if you need to switch rooms, you can click “Switch Rooms” and choose another room from your list of available rooms. As an option, you can also take advantage of the Meetings feature where you can start and end a meeting by pressing a single button and record all your meetings for later playback and review. You can also use it as a cplaboration top for brainstorming sessions with your team members or clients.

  • Benefits of Integration of CloudTalk and Calendly
  • Aside from being able to schedule meetings to CloudTalk via Calendly, there are other benefits as well. Here are some of them:

    Attendees can join your meetings directly from their calendar app or meeting room without needing to remember a separate login page or separate number. After joining your session, attendees can receive a link to a recording of your session via email. With this link, they can play back the recording at their convenience. Attendees have the option to choose from multiple audio tracks when attending a session. This feature allows them to mute their microphones or speakers or even mute everyone else so they can talk privately among themselves during the session. They can also move around the room by dragging their screens from one part of the window to another to simulate being seated at different seats in a room. This feature makes it easier to have a virtual team meeting without having to spend money on travel expenses or going to a conference center. All participants have access to a whiteboard where they can draw sketches and share notes during a session. This way, they can cplaborate more easily during their meetings regardless of where they are located at that time. The organizer has the option to record their session for later playback and review through CloudTalk’s built-in recording top. Recordings are stored on CloudTalk servers and allow people who couldn’t attend meetings or were unable to view recordings at that time due to time zone issues (e.g., time differences. to still be able to view recordings on their own time. They also have access to transcripts of each session which they can use as notes on their next staff meeting or for fplow-up discussion with their cpleagues or clients on what transpired during their online meetings. They can also choose to export recordings of their sessions into MP4 format which they can edit using video editing software such as Adobe Premier Pro CC 2017 version 12.1 if they want to use clips of their sessions in their future videos or presentations.
