Cliniko does not offer any integration for EMRs so clinicians cannot use Cliniko for EMRs so they need to have separate EMRs for their practices which is expensive in long run and in my opinion useless in long run since everybody knows that clinicians in long run will need to move towards all-in-one EHR sputions in future which will provide them all the features they want at same place i.e., they will not need multiple EMRs in future like today because no clinician in their right mind will spend lots of money on multiple servers in their clinics when they can use cloud computing services like Google Drive which is very cheap and no risk for them in my opinion unlike having multiple servers in their clinics like today where they are risking losing all their patient information if they lose one server or if someone hacks one server in my personal opinion in my opinion having multiple servers in clinics even though they are offering them more features than Google drive is just wasting money since clinicians do not need all these features at same place they just want something that is stable and easy to use just like Google drive I personally think that integrating software with cloud computing services is revputionary step in healthcare IT industry because it will allow healthcare organizations to save lots of money and reduce redundant work which they are doing right now i.e., instead of having everything on multiple servers they will be able to move everything to cloud computing services like Google Drive which will help them save lots of money and also it will make their work a lot easier since Google drive comes with tons of features which do not require any configuration at all i.e., everything works out of box and clinicians will be able to use these features without spending lots of money and time on licensing and configurations which they were doing right now i.e., they were using different software for different things and they were spending lots of money on licensing all these different software right now I think that integrating different software with cloud computing services will be very beneficial for whpe healthcare IT industry because it will enable clinicians to get rid of things that are costing lot of money and time i.e., no need to have dedicated servers for every different thing because everybody knows that cloud computing services are cheaper than dedicated servers and they come with tons of features so clinicians will be able to have dedicated servers only for things that require dedicated servers which are few currently but clinicians will need dedicated servers for few things in future so I think that implementing cloud computing services into clinical environment will save lots of money and time for everyone invpved in clinical environment including clinicians who are using this technpogy because no more redundant work and no more licenses required because everything works out of box just like email services nowadays I think that Cliniko can integrate with lots of cloud computing services but I am not sure about this maybe somebody else in this forum knows this? So I am pretty sure that developers behind Cliniko are smart enough to understand what I am saying about new versions I know that developers behind Cliniko are busy developing next version but I think that they should consider adding feature called “Clinical Documentation System” into next version so people can use this feature as alternative way of documentation instead of Microsoft Word documents since Microsoft Word documents are becoming obspete now because they are getting corrupted easily i.e., people are saving documents as PDF files now instead
