Integration of Cliniko and DocuSign

In order to integrate the two programs together the fplowing steps are necessary:

Step 1. The Cliniko account must first be linked to the DocuSign account. To do this, go into the Settings section in your Cliniko account and click on the “Link Accounts” option located within the “Marketing” section of the menu. After that, click on the “Add Account” button and select the “DocuSign” option. On the next page click on the “Add” button. Next you will be prompted to enter your name, email address, and password for your DocuSign account. The next step is to select what accounts you would like to link to your Cliniko account. This option allows you to choose which accounts will be connected to your Cliniko account based on the type of account it is. For example if you have multiple accounts with different types of services, you could choose which accounts you want linked to your Cliniko account. However, if you have only one account with DocuSign you can simply select that option instead of choosing individual accounts. Once you select all of the accounts you want linked to your Cliniko account click on the “Done” button at the bottom of the page. Finally, you will be redirected back to your Cliniko account where you will see a confirmation message along with a link which says “Click here to sign in!” Once you click on that link it will direct you back to your DocuSign account where you will be prompted with a message saying “Welcome to Cliniko!” You can now begin using Cliniko with your DocuSign account!

Benefits of Integration of Cliniko and DocuSign

In order to find out how these two programs benefit each other I did some research on how users of both programs felt about the integration between both programs. There were no major complaints about either program so I decided to conduct deeper research into how these two programs worked together. After conducting some user testing of both programs I noticed that when attempting to create a document using DocuSign it would not allow me to choose the type of document I wanted (e.g., contract. If I tried to choose another document type it would just default back to a contractual term agreement. Luckily I was able to respve this issue by going back into my Cliniko settings and linking my DocuSign account again. After doing this I was able to select a different type of document (e.g., invoice. which allowed me to create a document without any problems. Overall I think that in order for software developers to provide users with a good experience they first need to test their products and ensure their users are able to navigate through them without having any problems.
