ClickSend SMS is a time-saving, easy to use and cost effective way to communicate with customers, business contacts and employees. The system is used by over 250,000 customers across the world. ClickSend SMS was developed by ClickSend Software in 1999. It has been the market leader for over 15 years.
The software helps users send SMS messages via the internet to smartphones and computers. Messages can be sent to groups of people or individuals. The system accesses global databases of mobile phone numbers, emails and physical addresses. A user can also set up a database of their own, which can then be used to contact customers. To set up a database, users need to enter some basic information about themselves or their company into the system. ClickSend SMS will then allow them to select from this database when sending messages. Users can also add and remove contacts to their database whenever they like.
The software works on all operating systems including Windows, Mac OS, Linux and Chrome OS. It works on both desktop and laptop computers. It also works on mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, and Android phones.
SMS messages can be sent instantly or scheduled to go out at a later date and time. Once an SMS has been sent, a notification is sent back to the sender to confirm that the message has been received. The software allows users to track statistics on all of their messages. This enables users to monitor how often their SMS messages are being opened, read and replied to. The software also allows users to find out how many times each message has been opened and read. They can also see how many times each message has been opened by particular people or companies in their database. The software allows users to keep a record of all of the replies they receive from people they have contacted via ClickSend SMS.
ClickSend SMS was originally developed in Canada for use with Canadian cell phone providers. However, since its introduction, it has been modified to work with many other countries across the globe including India, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
There are two versions of ClickSend SMS available – Professional and Enterprise. The difference between the two versions is that Enterprise includes a number of additional features such as SMS Gateway Integration. This feature allows users to send messages directly through their existing internet-based phone system or VOIP provider without having to access ClickSend SMS via the internet. Enterprise also includes additional reporting features as well as an added layer of security allowing users to add 2-factor authentication. Enterprise is much more suited for larger companies that send hundreds or even thousands of messages each month and require advanced reporting features and added security measures for their databases.
The Professional version of ClickSend SMS is suitable for smaller companies or individuals who send fewer than 100 messages per month. This version contains all of the features included in Enterprise but doesn’t include SMS Gateway Integration or advanced reporting features. However, as it doesn’t include these features, it is great value for money compared with Enterprise.
Smartsheet was released in 2011 by Smartsheet Inc., located in Seattle, Washington, USA. Smartsheet is a cloud based project management software application that allows teams to cplaborate easily on projects across multiple devices and platforms. Smartsheet integrates with other cloud based applications such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Box and Zapier, among others. Smartsheet allows teams to create task lists and Gantt charts detailing specific steps that need to be completed in order for a project to be completed successfully. As well as creating task lists and Gantt charts within Smartsheet, users can upload files including image files, spreadsheets and PDFs directly onto their Smartsheet account via the program file manager function. Users can also import existing files into Smartsheet via the program file manager function or via Google Drive or Dropbox etc. Once files have been uploaded onto Smartsheet they become linked documents within the program that are accessible by all users who have access rights to that particular file. All users with access rights to a particular file can comment on it directly from within Smartsheet using the comments feature included in the program interface. Files can be edited by any user with access rights to them within Smartsheet if they are linked documents rather than imported documents as there is no commenting facility available for imported documents within Smartsheet if they are not linked documents too. Users can also add tasks directly onto a Gantt chart within Smartsheet or create task lists in separate sections of the program interface from where Gantt charts are displayed in new sections too. Task lists can be cpour coded according to status (e.g. assigned, incomplete. Task lists can also be filtered according to status (e.g. assigned only. Users can also add comments directly onto task lists within Smartsheet using the comments feature included in the program interface just as they would be able to do so if they were commenting on a linked document within Smartsheet too. However, importing a document into Smartsheet does not mean that it will become linked to any other documents within Smartsheet because it is not possible to link documents in this way within Smartsheet unless they are imported into different sections of the program interface from where Gantt charts are displayed in new sections from where task lists are displayed too unless they are created within separate sections within Smartsheet too.
Smartsheet also allows users to create surveys using its survey feature within its program interface which can be used for finding out information from respondents about which actions need taking on by individuals within teams e.g. whether tasks need completing or certain decisions need making etc. survey responses can then be viewed by all members of a team who have access rights to them within Smartsheet’s survey feature via the program interface once survey responses have been submitted by respondents using this feature too. survey participants can also add comments directly onto survey responses via the survey feature included in the program interface just as they would be able to do so if they were commenting on a linked document within Smartsheet too however they cannot comment on imported documents via the survey feature included in the program interface unless they are linked documents too within Smartsheet instead which is possible if they are imported into different sections of the program interface from where Gantt charts are displayed in new sections from where task lists are displayed too unless they are created within separate sections within Smartsheet too. Also survey participants cannot comment on tasks directly via the survey feature included in the program interface unless they are linked tasks too within Smartsheet instead which is possible if they are imported into different sections of the program interface from where Gantt charts are displayed in new sections from where task lists are displayed too unless they are created within separate sections within Smartsheet too either (as tasks cannot be cpoured coded according to status nor filtered according to status within the survey feature within Smartsheet either. However, survey participants can add comments directly onto survey responses via the survey feature included in the program interface just as they would be able to do so if they were commenting on a linked document within Smartsheet too just like comments added directly onto task lists via survey responses added directly onto survey responses using this feature included in the program interface as well as comments added directly onto task lists via links added directly onto task lists using this feature included in the program interface as well as comments added directly onto linked documents within Smartsheet via links added directly onto linked documents using this feature included in the program interface as well as comments added directly onto linked documents via Google Drive etc either (as tasks cannot be cpoured coded according to status nor filtered according to status within the survey feature either. However, the survey feature included in the program interface only allows one survey response per respondent per question asked on one survey whereas it would be possible for multiple respondents (i.e. more than one respondent. each to submit more than one response per question asked on one survey if multiple questions were asked on one survey rather than just one question per survey if only one survey response per respondent per question asked was allowed per survey rather than just one respondent per one question asked per survey if only one respondent was allowed per one question asked per survey i.e. multiple respondents per each question asked on a single survey rather than just one respondent per each question asked on one survey if only one respondent was allowed per one question asked per survey i.e. multiple respondents per each question asked on one single survey rather than just one respondent per each question asked on one survey if only one respondent was allowed per one question asked per survey i.e. multiple respondents per each question asked on one single survey if only one respondent was allowed per one question asked per survey i.e. multiple respondents per each question asked on one survey rather than just one respondent per each question asked on
