Their service can be used as a way to provide information about your business or company or as a way to provide customer support. The chatbot or virtual assistant will reply to all messages (private messages, comments, social media messages, etc.. They can integrate with any services such as Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Slack, Skype, SMS, etc. You can choose between different templates for the chatbot or virtual assistant and you can also create your own template. You decide who you want to allow to contact your chatbot (or virtual assistant), and you can set up rules and filters for the messages sent to it.
