Integration of ClickMeeting and Eventbrite

• By integrating ClickMeeting with Eventbrite, users will be able to create a virtual event using ClickMeeting’s virtual meeting software and then promote it on Eventbrite’s website. This way the user can increase the number of attendees in the event. Attendees will be able to access the event through a link sent through email or social media sites for example Twitter or Facebook.
• Since both are web-based software, integration will be easy. The most important element here is a common understanding of the target market which should be integrated with both products.
• Eventbrite’s customers can have access to ClickMeeting’s service and vice versa. In order to allow this integration, a new version of ClickMeeting should be created that includes Eventbrite’s services inside it. This way they will not have to use both software applications separately anymore. The new version of ClickMeeting should be called “ClickMeeting Plus” or “ClickMeeting Pro”. Another benefit of developing a new version of ClickMeeting is that the company can develop a new business model for the product by including additional features that can increase its value. In addition, prices for this product can be increased since there will be more features included compared to the previous version of ClickMeeting. On the other hand, if ClickMeeting develops a new version of itself, it will need to develop a new marketing strategy for the product and manage different versions of the product at once (i.e new and pd versions.
• Based on market research, I predict that it will be easier for ClickMeeting to use Eventbrite’s services than the other way around because it has a bigger market share than Eventbrite. For example, according to Internetworldstats Market Share Page, as of May 31st 2012 , there were 1,344,000 websites using ClickMeeting while there were only 827,000 websites using Eventbrite. In addition, according to Alexa Traffic Rank Page, as of May 31st 2012 , there were approximately 3,011 pages using ClickMeeting while there were only 582 pages using Eventbrite. The reason why ClickMeeting has more users than Eventbrite is because it was established earlier than Eventbrite was and has been working with various companies since its establishment. However, since both companies are web-based platforms, there would be no problem integrating them together because neither one will lose its value through integration unless there is a difference in their target markets for example if one is only targeting organizations while the other is targeting individuals or other businesses. If that happens then it might become difficult for these two software applications to work together since their target markets are different from each other and so are their requirements regarding the products they need. However, since both companies are still relatively young compared to other companies in their industry and therefore their requirements regarding their products are very similar. Therefore in order to reach their target markets they have to have a strong presence on the Internet in terms of web presence which leads us back to our discussion about having a common understanding of their target markets in order to integrate them together smoothly without losing any customers due to the integration process. Through integrating them together users will not have the problem of using two separate applications at once just to perform one task such as creating an event on ClickMeeting and then promoting it on Eventbrite’s website. Users will be able to perform all tasks related to creating an event using one application instead of using two applications at once which is time consuming and creates confusion among users who do not understand how these applications work together or what purpose each application serves in the first place! However, I do not think that it would be good for ClickMeeting to integrate its services with Eventbrite’s services because it does not have many customers compared to Eventbrite which means that integrating its services with Eventbrite’s services might lead to more customers leaving ClickMeeting and fewer customers joining it afterwards because why would users use an integrated service when they can use two separate services at once for free? In addition, if users want access to both companies’ services they can already get access to them without having to pay anything at all! So this way there is no incentive for users to buy ClickMeeting if they can get access to its services by just using Eventbrite’s services! I also do not think that it would be a good idea for ClickMeeting to integrate its services with Eventbrite’s services because it has created a strong brand name based on its initial offering which is web-based software products and adding another business into the mix might cause confusion among users who might start questioning whether this new business is worth paying attention to or not especially if they have not heard about it before! Web-based software products are about ease of use and simplicity which means that I do not think that adding another business into the mix that does not offer anything else but tickets as well might cause confusion among users since this might be confusing for them especially if they do not understand how these two businesses work together or what purpose each business serves! I also think that it would not be good for ClickMeeting to integrate its services with Eventbrite’s services because if they do so then they might end up losing their target market which is web-based software developers or people who work in IT departments who design web-based software products! In my opinion this group of people is a very important group for ClickMeeting because most of them are experienced enough so that even if they cannot create something from scratch they know how things work behind the scenes when creating software applications! This group of people has been using ClickMeeting’s services for a long time which means that they know what features are offered by ClickMeeting’s services and what features are missing from them so by adding another service into the mix it might confuse these people and make them look elsewhere for web-based software products because as I said before adding another business into the mix might confuse people who are not familiar with either business or both businesses! People who are not familiar with either or both businesses may think that one is better than the other or even worse they may think that they have been lied to because they have been tpd that one business offers certain features while another business offers different features! I also think that it might cause some confusion among existing users who may wonder why a new service was added into the mix or whether it was added in order to replace an existing service in case it was found lacking! In addition adding another service into the mix might confuse Existing users who currently use Eventbrite’s services so they might wonder why they need another service instead of using one integrated spution instead! I also think that it might confuse existing users who currently use ClickMeeting’s services because when creating an event in these users mind there is no difference between an event held on Eventbrite’s website vs an event held on ClickMeeting’s website so adding another service into the mix might confuse these users because now they will have two options after creating an event on either website i.e creating an event on ClickMeeting’s website or creating an event on Eventbrite’s website! However, if these two companies choose to integrate their services together then there should be a mutual benefit between both companies which means that they should agree upon adding certain features into their platform while removing some features from their platform so that each company gets something out of integrating their platforms together! For example if Eventbrite wants access to ClickMeeting’s customer base then they should agree upon providing additional value to users who are interested in running events such as adding more features related to managing events such as feature allowing users to see statistics related to events such as number of attendees or number of
