Step 1. User logs into the event using his or her usual credentials. Step 2. User clicks on a link that asks the user if he or she wants to make a shipment request from within the event. If the user clicks “Yes”, he or she will proceed to step 3. Otherwise, the process ends here. Step 3. User fills out shipping details such as shipping address, carrier, etc. This information will be sent to Shipwire via the integration application. Step 4. User receives an email containing all shipment details. Step 5. User selects a shipment option (i.e., on demand, scheduled, etc.. Step 6. User receives an email containing all on-demand shipment details. Step 7. User approves shipment request via email. Step 8. Shipwire handles all shipping details for the user.
