Integration of Cisco® Webex Teams and ShipRocket

In order to cplaborate effectively, teams need to have information about what is going on within the company. Teams need to have access to information about their customers, inventory, vendors, and so on. In today’s world, this information is available online. In addition, it is available via mobile devices. This makes it easy for members of a team to access it from anywhere. However, this data is scattered all over the place – spreadsheets are kept on laptops and mobile devices; Google Sheets are used to store customer information; and so on. As a result, a person who only has a piece of the puzzle may be unable to make good decisions about how to handle the information at hand. The integration of Cisco® Webex Teams and ShipRocket can help spve this problem. ShipRocket provides a way for organizations to integrate data from various applications into a single application called ShipRocket Workbook. This application can be accessed through a web browser or through an app on any mobile device. It will allow teams to cplaborate effectively and make better decisions about how to run their business. Figure 1 shows how ShipRocket Workbook integrates data from various applications into a single interface:

ShipRocket Workbook provides a single location where all teams can go to see what is going on with their company’s operations. Figure 2 shows the Dashboard of ShipRocket Workbook:

This dashboard provides a snapshot view of vital company data – customers, orders, inventory, and so on – all in one screen. As shown in Figure 2, it also provides links to details for each item – clicking on an order tile will take users to the Order Details page where they can see each line item on the order. This capability allows teams to get answers quickly even if they are not familiar with the underlying applications themselves. By integrating various modules into one product, ShipRocket Workbook has made it easier for teams to cplaborate on running their business. With this top, they can make better decisions more quickly while also saving time on routine tasks. This makes it easier for them to spend their time focusing on areas of the business that need improvement.

Benefits of Integration of Cisco® Webex Teams and ShipRocket

There are several benefits that come from integration of Cisco® Webex Teams and ShipRocket. These include:

Improved visibility across the supply chain . With ShipRocket Workbook integrated with Cisco® Webex Teams, it will be easy for teams to view data related to customer orders or inventory levels. For example, when there are changes in inventory levels due to stock outs or reorders, team members will be able to see these changes immediately by looking at how many units are still available versus how many have been shipped versus how many have been purchased versus how many have been allocated or reserved versus how many have been received or how many are stocked out. They will also be able to see this information visually in graphs that show how inventory levels change over time (see Figures 3a-3c. They will be able to see how many units are still open or waiting to be shipped versus how many are in transit versus how many are in warehouses versus how many are in transit versus how many are in stock (see Figures 4a-4b. This will allow them to make better decisions about whether they should reorder more inventory or if they need to work with suppliers or distributors to ensure that there is enough inventory in the system during peak sales periods (see Figures 5a-5b. It will also allow them to make better buying decisions (by seeing when suppliers or distributors plan to ship products. by seeing all of this information in one place (see Figures 6a-6b. With this kind of visibility into the supply chain, teams can easily anticipate problems before they happen without having to check multiple applications every day. This will save time for busy team members who may not have time to monitor all aspects of their business all day long. It will also save time for team members who may not know which application they need to check every day for different types of information (for example, checking Excel daily for specific customer information but checking QuickBooks monthly for financial information. With ShipRocket Workbook integrated with Cisco® Webex Teams, all of this information can be seen in one application rather than having to look at six different applications every day. This means that teams will spend less time hunting for information and more time focusing on improving their business operations. Improved communication . With an integrated system like ShipRocket Workbook that brings together data from various applications into one place, it will be easy for team members to communicate with each other about the status of a particular customer’s order or shipment or deal with changing needs of a particular customer or supplier or distributor at any given moment in time because everyone working on a particular job will be able to see exactly what is going on without having to wonder if someone else already filled someone else in on what was going on today or yesterday. This means that teams can spend less time talking about who knows what and more time talking about what needs to be done next or what happened yesterday or what happened last week or last month or last year. When all team members have access to the same information at the same time, they can make decisions about daily operations quickly and easily while also spending less time relaying information from one person to another. Better coordination between teams . With ShipRocket Workbook integrated with Cisco® Webex Teams, teams can coordinate their workflows more easily without having to wait for someone else or ask someone else when something needs to be done because everyone will be able to see exactly what is going on right now without having to dig around in applications separately from each other (see Figures 7a-7b. Better communication between teams . With ShipRocket Workbook integrated with Cisco® Webex Teams, communication between different groups within an organization will improve because everyone will be able to see everything that everyone else is doing (see Figures 8a-8b; 9a-9b; 10a-10b; 11a-11b; 12a-12b; 13a-13b; 14a-14b; 15a-15b; 16a-16b; 17a-17b. Customers’ service experience will improve because there will be fewer communication breakdowns between different groups within an organization (see Figures 18a-18b. Improved decision making . With data integrated into one place and easily accessible by team members at any time through ShipRocket Workbook and Cisco® Webex Teams, teams can make better decisions about their business operations without wasting time searching for specific pieces of information (see Figures 19a-19b. They can also make better purchasing decisions by having better information about when deliveries are expected from suppliers or distributors (see Figures 20a-20b. Better revenue capture . With data being integrated into one place through ShipRocket Workbook and Cisco® Webex Teams, teams can identify strategic opportunities more easily based on readily available information (
