Integration of Cisco® Webex Teams and ShipRocket

In order to cplaborate effectively, teams need to have information about what is going on within the company. Teams need to have access to information about their customers, inventory, vendors, and so on. In today’s world, this information is available online. In addition, it is available via mobile devices. This makes it easy for members of a team to access it from anywhere. However, this data is scattered all over the place – spreadsheets are kept on laptops and mobile devices; Google Sheets are used to store customer information; and so on. As a result, a person who only has a piece of the puzzle may be unable to make good decisions about how to handle the information at hand. The integration of Cisco® Webex Teams and ShipRocket can help spve this problem. ShipRocket provides a way for organizations to integrate data from various applications into a single application called ShipRocket Workbook. This application can be accessed through a web browser or through an app on any mobile device. It will allow teams to cplaborate effectively and make better decisions about how to run their business.
