The user can view the details of the incident directly in Cisco® Webex Teams by clicking on the link provided in the email notification. This will eliminate the need to switch between multiple tops to respve incidents.
With this integration, users can set up SLAs for their on-call shifts in OpsGenie, which automatically sends reminders about upcoming shifts to Cisco® Webex Teams. There is no need to keep track of your on-call shifts in two different systems anymore!
When you create an incident in OpsGenie, you can choose to send notifications to members of your team who are subscribed to that incident. They will receive the notifications directly to their inboxes in Cisco® Webex Teams. This eliminates the need to go back and forth between multiple tops to stay informed about all incidents happening in your team.
You can create an alert workflow in OpsGenie and configure it for specific incidents based on severity level, tags, etc. The workflow can be integrated with Cisco® Webex Teams so that when an incident is created in Cisco® Webex Teams, it will trigger the automated alert workflow in OpsGenie. This helps ensure that when an incident occurs, all necessary actions are taken immediately without any delay.
You can sync your Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB. alerts to Cisco® Webex Teams so that when an alert is created in OpsGenie, it will automatically populate the alert details in the appropriate incident form in Cisco® Webex Teams.
