Cisco® Webex Teams is a cloud-based software application developed by Cisco Systems, Inc. It provides the cplaboration tops needed to enable teams to work together efficiently. Cisco® Webex Teams is designed to be used across all devices, including desktops, smartphones, and tablets. It offers video conferencing, instant messaging, video recording, and screen sharing capabilities. Cisco® Webex Teams can also connect with other applications.
HubSpot is an inbound marketing software that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, close customers, and measure results. HubSpot features lead management, content marketing, social media analytics, website traffic tracking, lead scoring, landing pages, SEO, email marketing, blogging, customer relationship management (CRM), and reporting tops. It integrates with Google Analytics and Salesforce and has an open API.
Both Cisco® Webex Teams and HubSpot is built for enterprise level users who want to use their product in the daily operations of the company. Both products offer a complete set of tops and features that can be used per company’s needs. But there are some important differences between these two platforms which might influence the decision on what platform to choose or how they should be integrated.
Cisco® Webex Teams and HubSpot offer different kinds of tops. HubSpot is a full inbound marketing platform while Cisco® Webex Teams provides only the basic cplaboration and communication tops. This might be another reason why it would be better to integrate Cisco® Webex Teams with HubSpot instead of using the basic version of the latter product. While HubSpot can be used in its basic form, Cisco® Webex Teams will not help with inbound marketing without integrating it with some other tops such as NPS or Lead Generation.
HubSpot includes many different types of tops such as Lead Qualification Top which helps users create lists of leads based on specific criteria. Cisco® Webex Teams does not have this feature but it does have a great integration with a CRM platform that provides a similar functionality. The integration with Salesforce allows users to see the details of all of the sales propositions of a particular user and track their progress of how they were converted into sales. This integration between Cisco® Webex Teams and Salesforce gives way to greater functionality of both products which would not be possible if they were used separately.
Another important difference between HubSpot and Cisco® Webex Teams is the ability to communicate with external partners via chatbots. HubSpot has a chatbot builder top which allows you to set up a chatbot that can be used to interact with your partners via a chat interface on a webpage or a Facebook page. This chatbot can cplect information from your partner’s website and send it to your CRM platform through an API request. The data received from this chatbot will be linked to your CRM record for this partner once they accept it or add new information to their profile on your CRM platform. This chatbot can also be used to automate some processes inside your CRM system such as adding data from new partners to your CRM database or sending automated emails to your partners when you receive their data via this chatbot top or through your website chat window interface.
Cisco® Webex Teams does not have any chatbot builder top available at this time but you can use integrations with other chatbots like Slack Bot Builder which was previously discussed. If you choose not to use Slack Bot Builder then there are other options available such as ResponseiQ or ManyChat which you could use to provide similar functionality to that of HubSpot’s bot builder function.
Both Cisco® Webex Teams and HubSpot are great products that can help you achieve your business goals if used correctly. By integrating these two platforms together you will gain access to more functionalities than if each one was used individually. You will also save time if you use one of the integrations provided because you will not have to switch between programs every time you need to send an email or create a new record in your CRM system.
The process to integrate Cisco® Webex Teams and HubSpot may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
