Integration of Webex Messaging and Google Photos

Webex Messaging

Webex Messaging allows users to connect with one another over the internet and share the same screen. This enables them to cplaborate on projects while using a variety of applications and work together as a team.

Google Photos

Google Photos is a free photo storage service that provides users with secure, unlimited online storage for their photos. It gives users the ability to automatically back up photos from their mobile device and attach them to emails. It also provides users with photo editing tops, such as filters and effects that can be applied to photos.

Integration of Webex Messaging and Google Photos

Webex Messaging and Google Photos are very similar because they are both free services that allow users to communicate, create and share content online. They both enable users to connect with one another over the internet and share the same screen. This enables them to cplaborate on projects while using a variety of applications and work together as a team. Both services are cloud-based so all information is stored on Google’s servers instead of individual computers. When a new user signs up for either service, they receive an email invitation with a link to activate their account. Both services require users to sign in using their Google accounts or the service will not work. Once a user has been invited to join Google Photos and uses their Google account to sign in, they become part of the service and have full access to it. Users search for specific files through the web browser or use their device’s camera to upload images to Google Photos. While uploading an image, users can choose whether or not they want the image to be private, shared or backed up on the cloud. While inside Google Photos, users can click on the “Share” button in the bottom left corner and search for someone to share their photos with. After selecting “Share,” a list of people with whom you can share your photos appears in the middle of the screen. You then select who you want to share your photos with by clicking on them. Once you have selected who you want to share your photos with, you can choose which photos you wish to send, set a caption and choose whether or not you want to add tags. The people you have shared your photos with will receive an email notification when you share them with them. Another way users can share photos is through Google Hangouts. By clicking on “Sign In” in the top right hand corner of the screen and selecting “Hangouts” from the list of options, users are taken to a page where they can join or create groups for sharing photos and video calls. As soon as you select “Create new hangout” or “Join a hangout”, a list of users with whom you can participate in a hangout appears in the center of the screen. Once a user has joined a hangout, they can chat and share photos by selecting “Photos” or “Video” at the bottom of the screen. Users can also use Google Hangouts to make voice calls over their computer or mobile device. To do this, they must have installed Google Hangouts Chrome extension or have downloaded the app onto their device. Another way users can communicate with one another is through chat rooms located on Google+. Users can post comments about any shared photo by clicking on it, writing something and pressing “Post Your Comment”. This will take them to another screen where they can write what they would like to say about the photo, select which people they wish to share it with and press “Post Comments”. On the next screen, users will then be able to see all comments about the photo and reply if they wish by pressing “Reply” under the comment they would like to reply to. Users can also watch videos on YouTube through Google Photos. To do this, they must go into the YouTube tab in Google Photos and search for videos by typing in keywords or using the search bar in the top right corner of the screen. Once they have found a video they want to watch, users can hover over it and click on “Add to Cplection” at the bottom right corner of the video window. From there, they will be taken to another page where they must choose whether or not they want that video saved as an album by selecting “Yes” or no by selecting “No”. If they select yes, they are taken to a different page where they must name the album and select who can see it by choosing between “Everyone” or “Only Me”. If they select “Everyone”, anyone who has access to Google Photos will be able to view that album which is similar to making it public on YouTube. For both services, users can invite friends by selecting “Invite Friends” at the top right corner of either service. They can then enter their friend’s email address and send an invitation by pressing “Send Invitation”. A confirmation email is then sent to their friend which contains a link that must be clicked on before they can join either service. Users interested in joining either service should make sure that “Webex Connector” is turned on in their settings before inviting them. This feature allows my organization, Webex Inc., to send invitations directly from our company accounts rather than having external individuals send invitations for us.

Benefits of Integration of Webex Messaging and Google Photos

The integration of Webex Messaging and Google Photos would benefit both services by creating more opportunities for communication between users who use both services. It would also benefit my organization Webex Inc., by allowing employees who use either service more opportunities to work together as well as giving users more options for communication other than just email or chat rooms which we currently offer. For example, employees could use the chat function located within Webex Messenger in order to communicate with other employees who have access to Google Photos without having to leave Webex Messenger or switch between tops such as Gmail or Google Calendar. If employees wanted to share an image or video with one another while using Webex Messenger, they would only need to attach it to an email message which would automatically be sent through Gmail since webex messenger is connected through Gmail rather than requiring them to switch over to Gchat first before adding media into their messages. This would also give Google Photos more visibility since Webex Messenger offers integration with several other services including Gmail, Gchat, Google Calendar and Google Drive for organization members who have access to those services as well as employees who use Webex Messenger but do not use any other Google products such as Gmail. Since many employees already turn on the option of receiving invitations from other organizations via my organization Webex Inc., many employees would already be signed into this feature so it would not require any additional training on how it works if we were able to successfully integrate it into our company messaging system. I believe there are several benefits for employees who use both Webex Messenger and Google Photos by integrating these two services together because it would allow them additional opportunities for cplaboration over a variety of tops such as chat rooms or video calls that may not be available in either service individually. Employees could also use chat rooms located in Webex Messenger in addition to using chat rooms that are part of Google Hangouts in order to communicate with people who use both services simultaneously rather than switching between tops repeatedly which may lead to confusion or mistakes during communication. This integration would also give employees more options for communication since some features of each service are unique such as live streaming video calls in Webex Messenger and sharing albums with friends in Google Photos which may not be available in each service individually. It would also benefit my organization Webex Inc., because it gives us additional ways for our employees to communicate with one another via our messaging system if needed for coordination purposes or small group discussions which may not normally be possible through our current messaging system alone due to having restricted functionality like emailing text-only messages or sending messages one at a time rather than simultaneously like we would be able to do through this integration. The integration of these two services would also benefit my organization Webex Inc., because it allows us additional exposure in regards to our company messaging system by creating more opportunities for contact between employees who use both services simultaneously rather than waiting for them to come into contact with each other through other means outside of our messaging system such as email or phone calls which could result in missed connections if their schedules don’t line up correctly. It would also allow us additional opportunities for exposure through developing potential partnerships with companies such as Google Incorporated which may be interested in sponsoring features into our messaging system that allow its services such as Google Photos greater integration into our messaging system which would then increase awareness of our
